METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CONCRETE BLOCK FOR HABOR STRUCTURE HAVING FUNCTION OF ARTIFICIAL REEF
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a concrete block for a harbor structure having an artificial reef function capable of conveniently and rapidly making a shape for an artificial reef by proceeding with a process of penetrating and removing a separate forming body before completely coagulating concrete when a concave groove unit for the artificial reef and a through-hole unit are formed on a surface of the concrete block for the harbor structure. To this end, the method for manufacturing a concrete block for a harbor structure having an artificial reef function comprises: a step of manufacturing a mold for the block to manufacture the concrete block for the harbor structure; a step of pouring the concrete over the mold for the block; a step of mounting a concave groove unit forming body on the surface of the concrete poured over the mold for the block; a step of inserting the concave groove unit forming body into the concrete; a step of removing the concave groove unit forming body before completely coagulating the concrete; and a step of removing the mold for the block.
본 발명은 항만구조용 콘크리트 블록의 표면에 인공어초용 요홈부, 통공부 등을 형성할 때 별도의 형성틀체를 콘크리트가 완전히 응고되기 이전에 관입하고 탈거하는 공정을 진행함으로써, 보다 간편하고 신속하게 인공어초용 형상을 만들 수 있도록 해주는 인공어초 기능을 겸비한 항만구조용 콘크리트 블록을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 인공어초 기능을 겸비한 항만구조용 콘크리트 블록은, 항만구조용 콘크리트 블록을 제조하기 위한 블록용 거푸집을 제작하는 단계; 상기 블록용 거푸집에 콘크리트를 타설하는 단계; 상기 블록용 거푸집에 타설된 콘크리트의 표면에 요홈부 형성틀체를 안착시키는 단계; 상기 콘크리트 내부로 상기 요홈부 형성틀체를 삽입시키는 단계; 상기 요홈부 형성틀체를 상기 콘크리트가 완전히 응고되기 이전에 탈거시키는 단계; 및 상기 블록용 거푸집을 제거하는 단계;를 포함한다.
