BASE AND METHOD FOR REMODELING BATHROOM IN ORDER TO ALWAYS USE TOILET
The present invention is to provide a base for remodeling a bathroom to allow use of a toilet at all times and a remodeling method thereof, configured to maximize the time to use a toilet without removing a previously installed toilet while remodeling the bathroom, such that the bathroom can be conveniently remodeled while minimizing the inconvenience of residents to use the toilet. In particular, for a wet bathroom, flooring and finishing materials are applied to bathroom floors, walls and ceilings for the rest of the area except the perimeter of the previously installed toilet, and then a new toilet is immediately constructed by using the base after removing the previously installed toilet, such that the residents can always use the toilet during the remodeling except during removal of the existing toilet and construction of the new toilet. In addition, for a dry bathroom (UBR), the base is constructed around the previously installed toilet, and then the bathroom is remodeled in a similar manner as the wet bathroom, such that the residents can always use the toilet during the remodeling except during removal of the existing toilet and construction of the new toilet.
본 발명은 욕실을 리모델링하는 동안에도 이미 설치된 변기를 철거하지 않아 그대로 이용할 수 있는 시간을 최대한 늘릴 수 있게 구성함으로써, 거주자가 변기 사용에 불편함을 최소화하면서도 편리하게 욕실을 리모델링할 수 있게 한 상시 변기를 사용할 수 있는 욕실의 리모델링용 베이스와 그 리모델링 방법을 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 특히, 본 발명은, 습식 욕실의 경우, 이미 설치된 변기 주변을 제외한 나머지 부분에 대하여 욕실 바닥과 벽체 그리고 천정에 바닥재와 마감재를 시공한 다음, 이 변기를 철거한 뒤에 베이스를 이용하여 새 변기를 바로 시공함으로써, 기존 변기를 철거하고 새 변기를 시공하는 동안만 제외하고 리모델링하는 동안 언제든지 변기를 사용할 수 있게 한 욕실의 리모델링용 베이스와 그 리모델링 방법을 제공하는 데 다른 목적이 있다. 또한, 본 발명은, 건식 욕실(UBR)의 경우, 이미 설치된 변기 주변에 베이스를 시공한 다음, 습식 욕실과 비슷한 방법으로 리모델링하므로, 기존 변기를 철거하고 새 변기를 시공하는 동안만 제외하고 리모델링하는 동안 언제든지 변기를 사용할 수 있게 한 욕실의 리모델링용 베이스와 그 리모델링 방법을 제공하는 데 또 다른 목적이 있다.
