METHOD FOR MANUFATURING PRE-CAST CONCRETE PANEL
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a concrete panel having soft surfaces and improved hardness by using a relatively simple centrifugal mold. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for manufacturing a concrete panel comprises the following steps: preparing a centrifugal mold having a plane concrete panel molding unit therein; mixing and injecting concrete raw materials in the centrifugal mold; rotating the centrifugal mold and filling the concrete panel molding unit with the concrete raw materials; curing the filled concrete; and separating the cured concrete panel from the centrifugal mold.
본 발명은 비교적 간단한 원심 성형 몰드를 사용하여 매끄러운 면을 보유하면서 강도가 향상된 콘크리트 패널 제조방법을 제공하기 위한 것으로서, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 콘크리트 패널 제조방법은 내부에 평판형의 콘크리트 패널 성형부가 형성된 원심성형몰드를 준비하는 과정, 상기 원심성형몰드에 콘크리트 원자재를 믹싱하여 주입하는 과정, 상기 원심성형몰드를 회전시켜 상기 콘크리트 패널 성형부에 상기 콘크리트 원자재를 충진시키는 과정, 상기 충진된 콘크리트를 양생하는 과정 및 상기 원심성형몰드에서 상기 양생된 콘크리트 패널을 분리하는 과정을 포함한다.
