According to the present invention, for a device to manufacture a vacuum insulator, the device to manufacture the vacuum insulator made to make an internal space of the main vacuum tank with an insulator wrapped with an external cover inside the vacuum using a vacuum pump, and to seal an opening of an external cover wrapping the insulator to make the vacuum insulator comprises: a plurality of shelves on which the insulator wrapped with the external cover can be placed, and are installed like a staircase in a main vacuum tank; a plurality of cylinders having a rod penetrating into a top of the main vacuum tank installed in the top of an external side of the main vacuum tank; an external cover sealing to melt and seal an opening and sealing of the external cover wrapping the insulator located on a front end of the top of the plurality of shelves installed in a front end of the rod of the plurality of cylinders to move up and down in the main vacuum tank; a first pipe installed in the main vacuum tank; a second pipe installed in a vacuum pump; a third pipe installed in an auxiliary vacuum tank; and a valve to control the first, second, and third pipes installed in between the first, second, and third pipes. As such, since the present invention can place a plurality of insulators wrapped by an external cover on the plurality of shelves in the main vacuum tank, and can melt and seal the external cover wrapping the insulators in a vacuum state; the present invention can easily manufacture a plurality of planar vacuum insulators.
본 발명에 의한 진공단열재의 제조장치는 외피로 감싼 단열재가 내장된 메인진공탱크 내부 공간을 진공펌프를 이용하여 진공 상태로 형성한 뒤, 단열재를 감싼 외피의 개구부를 밀봉하여 진공단열재를 제조하는 것으로 이루어지는 진공단열재의 제조장치에 있어서, 외피로 감싼 단열재를 올려놓을 수 있는 다수의 선반이 메인진공탱크의 내부에 계단식으로 설치되고, 상기 메인진공탱크의 상측에 관통되는 로드를 각각 구비한 다수의 실린더가 상기 메인진공탱크의 외부 상측에 설치되며, 다수의 선반의 상측 선단부에 위치한 단열재를 감싼 외피의 개구부를 각각 융착 밀봉하는 외피밀봉구가 다수의 실린더의 로드 선단부에 각각 설치되어 상기 메인진공탱크의 내부에서 상하로 이동하는 것을 포함하여 이루어지며, 또한 상기 메인진공탱크에 제1파이프가 설치됨과 아울러 진공펌프에 제2파이프가 설치되고, 보조진동탱크에 제3파이프가 설치되며, 상기 제1,제2,제3파이프를 단속하는 밸브가 상기 제1,제2,제3파이프 사이에 설치되는 것을 포함하여 이루어진다.따라서 본 발명은 메인진공탱크 내에서 외피를 각각 감싼 단열재 다수개를 다수의 선단에 올려놓고 진공 상태에서 단열재를 각각 감싼 외피를 융착 밀봉할 수 있기 때문에, 다수의 판상 진공단열재를 용이하게 제조할 수 있는 등의 효과를 발휘한다.

본 발명에 의한 진공단열재의 제조장치는 외피로 감싼 단열재가 내장된 메인진공탱크 내부 공간을 진공펌프를 이용하여 진공 상태로 형성한 뒤, 단열재를 감싼 외피의 개구부를 밀봉하여 진공단열재를 제조하는 것으로 이루어지는 진공단열재의 제조장치에 있어서, 외피로 감싼 단열재를 올려놓을 수 있는 다수의 선반이 메인진공탱크의 내부에 계단식으로 설치되고, 상기 메인진공탱크의 상측에 관통되는 로드를 각각 구비한 다수의 실린더가 상기 메인진공탱크의 외부 상측에 설치되며, 다수의 선반의 상측 선단부에 위치한 단열재를 감싼 외피의 개구부를 각각 융착 밀봉하는 외피밀봉구가 다수의 실린더의 로드 선단부에 각각 설치되어 상기 메인진공탱크의 내부에서 상하로 이동하는 것을 포함하여 이루어지며, 또한 상기 메인진공탱크에 제1파이프가 설치됨과 아울러 진공펌프에 제2파이프가 설치되고, 보조진동탱크에 제3파이프가 설치되며, 상기 제1,제2,제3파이프를 단속하는 밸브가 상기 제1,제2,제3파이프 사이에 설치되는 것을 포함하여 이루어진다.따라서 본 발명은 메인진공탱크 내에서 외피를 각각 감싼 단열재 다수개를 다수의 선단에 올려놓고 진공 상태에서 단열재를 각각 감싼 외피를 융착 밀봉할 수 있기 때문에, 다수의 판상 진공단열재를 용이하게 제조할 수 있는 등의 효과를 발휘한다.
