FUNCTIONAL FLOORING FOR INTER LAYER NOISEPROOF AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to functional flooring and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the flooring on which an upper portion, a surface layer, a first adhesion sheet, an embossed sheet, a second adhesion sheet, and a reverse layer are stacked in order comprises: an embossed sheet having an adhesive layer formed on one surface or both surfaces of an air cap sheet and an adsorption layer comprising ion exchange resin powder in an upper portion of the adhesive layer; and an adhesion layer formed on both surfaces of the embossed sheet; the surface layer formed on one surface of the embossed sheet in which the adhesion layer is formed; and the reverse layer formed on the other surface of the embossed sheet.
본 발명은 상부로부터 표면층, 제 1점착층, 엠보싱 시트, 제 2점착층 및 이면층이 순차적으로 적층된 바닥재로서, 에어캡 시트의 일면 또는 양면에 형성된 접착층, 상기 접착층의 상부에 이온교환수지 분말로 이루어진 흡착층을 갖는 엠보싱시트와 상기 엠보싱 시트 양면에 형성된 점착층 및 상기 점착층이 형성된 엠보싱 시트의 일면에 형성된 표면층, 타면에 형성된 이면층을 포함하는 기능성 바닥재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 상부로부터 표면층, 제 1점착층, 엠보싱 시트, 제 2점착층 및 이면층이 순차적으로 적층된 바닥재로서, 에어캡 시트의 일면 또는 양면에 형성된 접착층, 상기 접착층의 상부에 이온교환수지 분말로 이루어진 흡착층을 갖는 엠보싱시트와 상기 엠보싱 시트 양면에 형성된 점착층 및 상기 점착층이 형성된 엠보싱 시트의 일면에 형성된 표면층, 타면에 형성된 이면층을 포함하는 기능성 바닥재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
