The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a red clay mat having excellent flexibility, wherein the method includes: a first step of making a mixture by using a mixer at a ratio of red clay, water, and a dispersant of 7:2:1; a second step of waterproofing a joint provided in a mat cover; a third step of inserting an inner cover member into a mat mold frame, inserting the mixture having been made in the first step into the inner cover member, and then sealing the inner cover member again; a fourth step of inserting the inner cover member, into which the mixture has been inserted in the third step, into the mat cover having been waterproofed in the second step; a fifth step of sealing a part of the joint of the mat cover into which the inner cover member having been inserted in the fourth step; and a sixth step of covering a cover, made of cloth or a carpet, onto the mat cover with the joint having been sealed in the fifth step. Accordingly, the present invention has an effect in which a user does not need to purchase a high-priced red clay bed due to a possibility of an existing bed frame being used again, and the red clay is transformed flexibly in accordance with body shapes of each of the people such that the people is able to rest in a comfortable position.
본 발명은 황토,물, 분산제의 비율을 7:2:1 로 하여 교반기를 이용하여 혼합물을 만드는 제 1 공정; 매트피에 구비된 이음새를 방수처리하는 제 2 공정;과 매트 모형 틀에 내피 부재를 삽입한 다음 상기한 제 1 공정에서 제조된 혼합물을 내피 부재에 넣은 다음 내피 부재를 다시 밀봉하는 제 3 공정;과 상기한 제 2 공정에서 방수처리된 매트피에 제 3 공정에서 혼합물을 넣은 내피 부재를 삽입하는 제 4 공정: 상기한 제 4 공정에서 내피 부재가 삽입된 매트피의 이음새 부분을 밀봉하는 제 5 공정; 상기한 제 5 공정에서 이음새가 밀봉된 매트피에다 천이나 융단으로 된 커버를 씌우는 제 6 공정으로 이루어져 있다.
