Slip Form Capable of Temperature Controlling Lifting System with the Slip Form and Lifting Method using Thereof
The present invention relates to a temperature-adjustable slip form, a lifting system having the temperature-adjustable slip form, and a lifting method thereof. To this end, the lifting system of the slip foam includes: a temperature sensor (130) installed on one side thereof and measuring the temperature of a curing concrete; a heater (140) installed on one side thereof and heating the curing concrete; a slip foam (300) including a wiring (110) for electrically connecting the temperature sensor (130) and the heater (140) to the outside; and a control portion (200) for controlling an operation of the heater (140) based on an output signal of the temperature sensor (130).
본 발명은 온도제어가 되는 슬립폼, 그 슬립폼을 갖는 인양 시스템, 및 인양방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 슬립폼의 인양 시스템에 있어서, 일면에 설치되어 양생중인 콘크리트의 온도를 측정하는 온도센서(130), 일면에 설치되어 양생중인 콘크리트를 가열하는 히터(140); 및 온도센서(130)와 히터(140)를 외부와 전기적으로 연결하기 위한 배선(110)을 포함하는 슬립폼(300); 및 온도센서(130)의 출력신호에 기초하여 히터(140)의 동작을 제어하는 제어부(200);를 포함한다.
