The invention relates to a rectangular group bin slip form synchronous lifting device which comprises a forming formwork and a mounting mechanism, the mounting mechanism comprises multiple sets of formwork supporting components, and each formwork supporting component comprises a supporting vertical rod, a lifting frame and a lifting assembly; the lifting frame comprises a horizontal part, two vertical parts, a plurality of connecting parts and an adjusting piece; the two vertical parts are fixedly connected with the two ends of the horizontal part, the multiple connecting parts are symmetrically installed on one sides of the two vertical parts, the multiple connecting parts are arranged in parallel, the connecting parts are in sliding connection with the vertical parts, and the forming mold plates are installed at the ends, close to each other, of the two oppositely-arranged connecting parts; the synchronous lifting method for the slip form of the rectangular group warehouse comprises the steps of surveying and setting out, installation of a slip form frame body, installation of an operation platform, installation of a lifting assembly, installation of a synchronous linkage mechanism and removal of the slip form frame body and a forming template. Through the synchronous linkage mechanism, synchronous force application to the multiple center hole type hydraulic jacks is facilitated, synchronous ascending of the multiple lifting frames is achieved, and then synchronous ascending and descending of the multiple forming templates are achieved.
