A sleeve for a pipe according to the present invention is coupled to a pipe exposed to a wall, is penetrated by the pipe, and is installed in close contact with the wall. The sleeves are provided in pairs. The sleeve for a pipe comprises: a body having an outer circumferential surface formed in a semicircular shape and an inner circumferential surface in which one end portion is formed in a straight line; a half-arc shaped coupling hole formed at the center of the inner circumferential surface; a support portion of which a length is extended inwardly from the end of the coupling hole; a coupling portion making a rib protrude from the center of one inner circumferential surface of the inner circumferential surfaces divided into two by the coupling hole and vertically formed on the lower surface of the rib; and an coupling groove formed at the center of the inner circumferential surface opposite to the inner circumferential surface with the coupling portion. The pair of sleeves having the same shape is divided into a first sleeve and a second sleeve. The inner circumferential surfaces of the first and second sleeves are disposed to face each other. The inner circumferential surfaces of the first and second sleeves are pressed against each other while the coupling grooves of the first and second sleeves are coupled to the outer peripheral edge of the pipe. The coupling portion of the first sleeve is coupled to the coupling groove of the second sleeve, and the coupling portion of the second sleeve is coupled to the coupling groove of the first sleeve. The first sleeve and the second sleeve are coupled to the outer peripheral edge of the pipe in one body.
본 발명의 파이프용 슬리브는 벽체에 노출된 파이프에 결합하여 파이프에 관통되면서 벽체에 밀착되어 설치되는 파이프용 슬리브에 있어서, 반호 형상으로 형성된 외주면과 일측단부가 직선으로 형성된 내주면을 갖는 몸체와, 상기 내주면 중앙에 형성시킨 반 호 형상의 결합공과, 상기 결합공 단부에 내측으로 길이가 연장된 지지부와, 상기 결합공에 의해 2개로 구분되는 내주면 중 일측 내주면 정중앙에 리브를 돌출시키고 상기 리브의 하부면에 수직으로 형성시킨 결합부와, 상기 결합부가 형성된 내주면의 반대쪽 방향에 형성된 내주면 정중앙에 형성시킨 결합홈으로 이루어진 슬리브를 한 쌍으로 마련하되, 동일한 형상을 갖는 한 쌍의 슬리브가 제1슬리브와 제2슬리브로 구분되도록 하고, 상기 제1슬리브와 제2슬리브의 내주면을 마주보게 배치한 다음 상기 파이프의 외주연에 제1슬리브와 제2슬리브의 결합홈을 결합하면서 내주면이 상호 밀착시키도록 압박하면, 상기 제1슬리브의 결합부가 제2슬리브의 결합홈에 결합되는 동시에 제2슬리브의 결합부가 제1슬리브의 결합홈에 상호 결합되어 상기 제1슬리브와 제2슬리브가 파이프 외주연에 한 개조로 결합된다.
A sleeve for a pipe according to the present invention is coupled to a pipe exposed to a wall, is penetrated by the pipe, and is installed in close contact with the wall. The sleeves are provided in pairs. The sleeve for a pipe comprises: a body having an outer circumferential surface formed in a semicircular shape and an inner circumferential surface in which one end portion is formed in a straight line; a half-arc shaped coupling hole formed at the center of the inner circumferential surface; a support portion of which a length is extended inwardly from the end of the coupling hole; a coupling portion making a rib protrude from the center of one inner circumferential surface of the inner circumferential surfaces divided into two by the coupling hole and vertically formed on the lower surface of the rib; and an coupling groove formed at the center of the inner circumferential surface opposite to the inner circumferential surface with the coupling portion. The pair of sleeves having the same shape is divided into a first sleeve and a second sleeve. The inner circumferential surfaces of the first and second sleeves are disposed to face each other. The inner circumferential surfaces of the first and second sleeves are pressed against each other while the coupling grooves of the first and second sleeves are coupled to the outer peripheral edge of the pipe. The coupling portion of the first sleeve is coupled to the coupling groove of the second sleeve, and the coupling portion of the second sleeve is coupled to the coupling groove of the first sleeve. The first sleeve and the second sleeve are coupled to the outer peripheral edge of the pipe in one body.
본 발명의 파이프용 슬리브는 벽체에 노출된 파이프에 결합하여 파이프에 관통되면서 벽체에 밀착되어 설치되는 파이프용 슬리브에 있어서, 반호 형상으로 형성된 외주면과 일측단부가 직선으로 형성된 내주면을 갖는 몸체와, 상기 내주면 중앙에 형성시킨 반 호 형상의 결합공과, 상기 결합공 단부에 내측으로 길이가 연장된 지지부와, 상기 결합공에 의해 2개로 구분되는 내주면 중 일측 내주면 정중앙에 리브를 돌출시키고 상기 리브의 하부면에 수직으로 형성시킨 결합부와, 상기 결합부가 형성된 내주면의 반대쪽 방향에 형성된 내주면 정중앙에 형성시킨 결합홈으로 이루어진 슬리브를 한 쌍으로 마련하되, 동일한 형상을 갖는 한 쌍의 슬리브가 제1슬리브와 제2슬리브로 구분되도록 하고, 상기 제1슬리브와 제2슬리브의 내주면을 마주보게 배치한 다음 상기 파이프의 외주연에 제1슬리브와 제2슬리브의 결합홈을 결합하면서 내주면이 상호 밀착시키도록 압박하면, 상기 제1슬리브의 결합부가 제2슬리브의 결합홈에 결합되는 동시에 제2슬리브의 결합부가 제1슬리브의 결합홈에 상호 결합되어 상기 제1슬리브와 제2슬리브가 파이프 외주연에 한 개조로 결합된다.
