Heating pipe sleeve
The present invention relates to a heating pipe sleeve capable of controlling the entire width of a sleeve supporter through the tear-off of tear-off side plates on both sides of a support plate in accordance with an installation place as well as controlling even a combination position of a fixing member for supporting and fixing the sleeve supporter due to perforated parts of an elongated shape formed on both sides of the sleeve supporter, and enabling a waterproof layer to be easily formed on a stepped surface between a bathroom and a room or a living room due to an increase in an area connected to a mortar layer. According to one preferable embodiment of the present invention, the heating pipe sleeve, which is a heating pipe sleeve for enabling heating pipes led into a bathroom through a room or a living room to be arranged to be matched with a step between the bathroom and the room or the living room, includes: a sleeve body placed on a concrete slab constituting the room or the living room, embedded and fixed by a mortar layer, having an inclined pipe part integrated with a straight pipe part, and having a first placement leg integrated with a lower part of the straight pipe part; a waterproof layer surface contact plate provided at an end of the inclined pipe part of the sleeve body and having a lower side brought into surface contact with a stepped surface between the bathroom and the room or the living room to enable the formation of a waterproof layer on the stepped surface between the bathroom and the room or the living room; and a sleeve supporter having a support plate provided in a lower part with a first perforated part to be positioned and fixed onto the concrete slab constituting the room or the living room, having a pipe support member projected from an upper part to support the straight pipe part of the sleeve body, and having a placement leg insertion part into which the first placement leg of the sleeve body.
본 발명은 설치장소에 따라 지지판 양측의 절취측판의 절취를 통해 슬리브지지대의 전체 폭이 조절될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 슬리브지지대의 양측부에 장공 형상의 파공부가 형성됨에 따라 슬리브지지대의 지지고정을 위한 고정부재의 결합위치까지 조절될 수 있으며 몰탈층에 대한 연접면적이 증대되어 거실 또는 방과 욕실 사이의 단차면에 방수층이 용이하게 형성될 수 있도록 한 난방배관슬리브에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예에 따른 난방배관슬리브는, 거실 또는 방을 통해 욕실로 인입되는 난방배관이 거실 또는 방과 욕실 사이의 단차에 대응되게 배열되도록 하는 난방배관슬리브에 있어서, 거실 또는 방을 형성하는 콘크리트슬래브 상에 거치되고 몰탈층에 의해 매립고정되며 직관부에 경사관부가 일체로 형성되며 상기 직관부의 하부에는 제 1 거치다리가 일체로 구비되는 슬리브본체와, 상기 슬리브본체의 경사관부의 단부에 구비되고 하측은 거실 또는 방과 욕실 사이의 단차면에 면접되어 거실 또는 방과 욕실 사이의 단차면에 방수층의 형성을 가능하게 하는 방수층면접플레이트와, 하부에는 거실 또는 방을 형성하는 상기 콘크리트슬래브 상에 위치고정되도록 제 1 파공부가 형성되는 지지판이 구비되고 상부에는 상기 슬리브본체의 직관부를 지지하는 관지지부재가 돌출형성되며 상기 슬리브본체의 제 1 거치다리가 끼워지는 거치다리끼움부가 구비된 슬리브지지대를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
