Apparatus and method for installing a deck plate installed truss girder support
The present invention relates to an apparatus to install a truss girder support in a deck plate, and an installation method thereof. According to the present invention, a fixing protrusion has a proper space from an upper portion surface of a deck plate protruded to an upper portion, and a lower portion surface of the truss girder support perforated with an insertion tool which is tightly fitted with a fixing protrusion on a position corresponding to the fixing protrusion formed in the deck plate such that the truss girder support is press fitted to the deck plate. As the fixing protrusion formed in the deck plate is inserted and fixated to the truss girder support such that a fastening tool such as a screw spike to fixate a bolt or a steel wire for engagement are not required and a welding operation not required to strongly fixate the truss girder to the deck plate.
본 발명은 데크 플레이트에 트러스 거더 지지대를 설치하는 장치 및 그 설치 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 데크 플레이트의 상부면에 적정한 간격을 두고 고정돌기가 상부로 돌출되어 형성되고, 트러스 거더 지지대의 하부면에는 상기 데크 플레이트에 형성된 고정돌기에 대응하는 위치에 고정돌기가 억지 끼워맞춤(tight fit)이 되는 삽입공이 천공되어 데크 플레이트에 트러스 거더 지지대가 압입 끼워맞춤(press fit)이 되어, 데크 플레이트에 형성된 고정돌기가 트러스 거더 지지대에 삽입되어 고정됨으로써, 고정용 나사못, 볼트, 또는 결속용 철사와 같은 체결구는 물론이고, 용접작업을 하지 않더라도 트러스 거더를 데크 플레이트에 견고하게 설치할 수 있게 된다.
