본 발명은 건축 패시브 복합 단열 판넬에 관한 것으로서, 건물 건축 시 내외장용으로 이용되는 벽체를 용이하고 신속하게 설치할 수 있고, 벽체를 경량화하여 건축물의 부하를 경감시킬 수 있는 구조를 가지도록 하는 건축 패시브 복합 단열 판넬에 관한 것이며, 이를 위하여 폴리이소시아누레이트(Polyisocyanurate, PIR), 폴리우레탄(Polyurethane, PUR), 또는 페놀(Phenolic) 소재를 이용한 벽체 구조를 이용하도록 함으로써, 최고의 단열 효과와 최소의 벽 두께를 만들어 기존의 바닥 면적보다 더 넓은 공간을 이용했으며, 벽체의 공정을 줄여 건축비의 절감 및 공기 단축을 하며, 건축물의 하중을 줄여 지진 및 건축물의 수명을 늘이고자 하는 것이다.
