Passive house composite insulated panel structure and Manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to a composite external insulation panel for a passive house, capable of easily and quickly installing a wall used for interior/exterior in construction of the passive house, and reducing the weight of the wall to reduce load of the passive house, and a manufacturing method thereof. To this end, a wall structure using polyisocyanurate (PIR) and polyurethane (PUR) materials is used for the passive house, thereby realizing the highest insulation effect and the thinnest wall to provide a wider space than a conventional floor space, reducing the number of wall construction processes to reduce construction costs and periods, and reducing the load of the passive house to protect the passive house from an earthquake and extend a service life of the passive house.
본 발명은 건축 패시브 하우스용 복합 외단열 판넬에 관한 것으로서, 패시브 하우스 건축 시 내외장용으로 이용되는 벽체를 용이하고 신속하게 설치할 수 있고, 벽체를 경량화하여 건축물의 부하를 경감시킬 수 있는 구조를 가지도록 하는 건축 패시브 하우스용 복합 외단열 판넬에 관한 것이며, 이를 위하여 폴리이소시아누레이트(Polyisocyanurate, PIR), 폴리우레탄(Polyurethane, PUR)소재를 이용한 벽체 구조를 이용하도록 함으로써, 최고의 단열 효과와 최소의 벽 두께를 만들어 기존의 바닥 면적보다 더 넓은 공간을 이용했으며, 벽체의 공정을 줄여 건축비의 절감 및 공기 단축을 하며, 건축물의 하중을 줄여 지진 및 건축물의 수명을 늘이고자 하는 것이다.
