CFT Non-welded CFT column with hinge type connection
The present invention relates to a CFT column which forms a steel pipe of a closed end surface by laterally connecting and assembling a plurality of longitudinal unit members and pours concrete in the end surface of the steel pipe and, more specifically, relates to a CFT column which forms a hinged junction on a lateral connection of unit members to be manufactured in a non-welding manner. According to a proper embodiment of the present invention, the CFT column comprises: a plurality of outer skin steel plates made of longitudinal members, and connected and assembled on each other in a lateral direction to form a hollow space; hinge blocks which have through grooves in a longitudinal direction, and are formed on lateral connections of the outer skin steel plates at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction to be meshed with each other on a lateral connection of adjacent outer skin steel plates; a hinge pin penetrating the through grooves of the hinge blocks to connect adjacent outer skin steel plates to each other; and concrete filled in the hollow space surrounded by the connected and assembled outer skin steel plates.
본 발명은 종방향의 단위부재 복수개를 횡방향으로 연결 조립하여 폐단면의 강관으로 구성하고 강관 단면내에 콘크리트를 타설하는 CFT 기둥에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 단위부재의 횡방향 연결부에 경첩형 접합부를 구성하여 무용접 방식으로 제작할 수 있는 CFT 기둥에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 적절한 실시형태에 따르면, 길이재로 구성되며, 횡방향으로 상호 연결 조립되어 중공을 형성하는 복수의 외피강판; 길이방향으로 관통홈이 형성되며, 외피강판의 횡방향 연결부에 길이방향으로 일정한 간격을 두고 형성되어, 서로 인접합 외피강판의 횡방향 연결부에서 서로 맞물리도록 형성되는 경첩블럭; 경첩블럭의 관통홈을 관통하여 서로 인접한 외피강판을 연결하는 경첩핀; 및 연결 조립된 외피강판으로 둘러싸인 중공에 충진되는 콘크리트;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
