Shades molded bars
The present invention relates to a molding bar for shading installed in a joint of a shading panel among structures of a shade installed outdoors to prevent rainwater from leaking and prevent damage by flexibly responding to an expansion rate when the shading panel expands and contracts by a change in temperature. The molding bar for shading comprises: a fixing member installed in an upper side of a connection of a shading panel; and a cover member to cover an upper side of the fixing member. A sealing member to compress the shading panel is coupled to both ends of the fixing member having an improvement of water blockage of preventing rainwater from penetrating. Moreover, the fixing member to which the sealing member is coupled has a guide space to prevent damage by expansion when the fixing member is expanded by the change in temperature. The fixing member has a drain guide groove to a drain guide protrusion protruding to both sides of an upper portion of a coupling surface of the fixing member to guide rainwater to an end to allow the rainwater to flow to the outside when rainwater enters due to damage or the like of the sealing member to secure water blocking safety to prevent the rainwater from dropping in the shade.
본 발명은 야외에 설치되는 차양의 구조물 중 차양 패널의 이음새에 설치되어 빗물이 새지 않도록 하며 기온의 변화에 따라 차양 패널이 팽창 및 수축이 발생할 때 팽창율에 유동적으로 대응되어 파손이 방지되도록 된 차양용 몰딩바에 관한 것으로, 차양패널의 연결부 상측에 설치되는 고정부재, 상기 고정부재 상측에 덮어지는 커버부재로 구성되며, 고정부재의 양측 단부에는 차양패널을 압착하는 실링부재가 체결되어 빗물이 투과되지 않는 차수성의 향상을 갖게 되고, 또한, 실링부재가 결합되는 고정부재는 온도 변화에 따라 팽창될 때 유도공간이 형성되어 있어 팽창에 따른 파손이 방지되며, 고정부재는 체결면의 상부 양측으로 돌출된 배수유도돌출부로 배수유도홈이 형성됨으로써 실링부재의 파손 등으로 빗물이 유입되었을 때 빗물을 끝단부로 유도하여 흘러나갈 수 있도록 형성됨으로 차양의 내부에 빗물이 떨어지지 않는 차수안전성을 확보하게 되는 차양용 몰딩바이다.
