LIGHT WEIGHT ARTIFICIAL STONE HAVING HIGH INTENSITY AND THE MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF USING STONE SLUDGE AND BENTONITE
The present invention relates to high strength lightweight artificial stone using stone sludge and bentonite and a manufacturing method thereof. The high strength lightweight artificial stone according to the present invention has advantages of: being environmentally friendly while remarkably reducing manufacturing cost by using waste stone sludge previously treated as industrial waste; and maintaining high strength while remarkably reducing the weight of artificial stone by mixing waste stone sludge with bentonite. The artificial stone according to the present invention has advantages of being rapidly hardened in a molding frame and being quickly dried by separating a molded body for manufacturing artificial stone from the molding frame. By the above advantages, the present invention has an effect of greatly shortening processing time for manufacturing artificial stone. The artificial stone according to the present invention also has an advantage of evenly coating and coloring the surface of the artificial stone with various colors of paint and glaze. The high strength lightweight artificial stone includes 55-65 parts by weight of stone sludge, 20-25 parts by weight of bentonite, 10-15 parts by weight of potassium sulfate, 5-7 parts by weight of potassium borate, 2-3 parts by weight of zeolite, 2-3 parts by weight of potassium silicate, and 20-40 parts by weight of water.
본 발명은 석재슬러지 및 벤토나이트를 이용한 고강도 경량 인조석 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이며, 본 발명에 따른 고강도 경량 인조석은 기존에 산업 폐기물로 처리되던 폐 석재슬러지를 활용함으로써 제조비용이 획기적으로 절감됨과 동시에 매우 친환경적인 장점이 있으며, 특히 폐 석재슬러지를 벤토나이트와 혼합하여 인조석의 무게를 획기적으로 줄임과 동시에 고강도를 유지할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 인조석은 성형틀 내에서 매우 신속하게 굳는 장점이 있으며, 이에 따라 성형틀로부터 인조석 제조를 위한 성형체를 분리하여 매우 신속하게 건조시킬 수 있는 장점이 있으며, 이에 따라 인조석 제조공정 시간이 매우 단축되는 효과가 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 인조석은 그 표면에 유약 및 다양한 색상의 페인트가 매우 균질하게 도포 및 착색되는 장점 또한 갖는다.
