PLASTIC ANCHOR HAVING PROTRUSION FOR INSERTING IN FURROW
Disclosed is a plastic anchor, inserted into a fixing hole formed in a concrete structure, having a head and a body. The disclosed plastic anchor comprises: a fastening member insertion hole having spiral threads to allow a fastening member to be screwed into the body through the head; a locking protrusion unit protruding from the outside of the body to be locked by a locking groove formed to have a larger diameter than the fixing hole inside the fixing hole; and a cavity formed inside the body by corresponding to the locking protrusion unit to reduce the outer circumference of the locking protrusion unit to reduce resistance between the locking protrusion unit and an inner surface of the fixing hole while the body is inserted into the fixing hole.
콘크리트 구조물에 형성된 고정홀 내에 삽입되며, 헤드 및 바디를 갖는 플라스틱 앵커가 개시된다. 개시되는 플라스틱 앵커는, 상기 헤드를 통해 상기 바디 내로 체결 부재가 나사 체결되도록 허용하는 나선이 형성된 체결 부재 삽입홀, 상기 고정홀 내에서 상기 고정홀보다 큰 직경을 갖도록 형성된 걸림홈에 걸리도록 하기 위해, 상기 바디의 외부에 돌출되게 형성되는, 걸림 돌출부, 그리고 상기 고정홀 내에 상기 바디가 삽입되는 과정에서 상기 고정홀의 내부 표면과 상기 걸림 돌출부 간의 저항을 감소시키기 위해, 상기 걸림 돌출부의 외연이 줄어들도록, 상기 걸림 돌출부에 대응되게 상기 바디의 내부에 형성된, 캐비티를 포함한다.
