GROUTING PACKER DEVICE FOR A ACTIVE CONTROLLING OF UNDERGROUND INJECTION PRESSURE
The present invention relates to a grouting packer device which directly measures an injection pressure underground to control an injection pressure on the ground during cement grouting construction in a dam body of a decrepit reservoir. According to the present invention, the grouting packer device comprises: a method of receiving an underground injection pressure to automatically and actively control electronic flow opening in accordance with a pressure setting range of a user; a special connection unit to mount a pressure sensor on an upper portion of an existing grouting packer device; the pressure sensor directly coupled to the connection unit; and a communication line. The connection unit comprises: a connection unit form considering a limited diameter of a drilling hole, and a diameter of a packer to have a form bent 90 to attach a pressure sensor in a size smaller than the diameters; and screw threads to facilitate detachment and replacement between the connection unit and a sensor unit. Accordingly, active control is able to easily be performed by underground pressure measurement.
본 발명은 노후저수지 제체에서 시멘트 그라우팅 공사시 주입압을 지중에서 직접 측정하여 지상에서 제어할 수 있는 그라우팅 팩커 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 그라우팅 팩커장치는 지중 주입압을 전송받아 사용자의 압력설정 범위에 따라 자동으로 전자식 유량개폐를 능동제어하는 방법; 기존 그라우팅 팩커장치 상부에 압력센서를 장착하기 위한 특수 연결부; 또한 연결부와 직접체결되는 방식의 압력센서; 및 통신선;을 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 연결부는 시추공의 제한된 직경과 팩커 직경을 고려하여 이보다 작은 크기로 압력센서를 부착할 수 있게 90도 꺽힌 형태를 취하는 연결부 형태; 연결부와 센서부 사이에 탈착 및 교환을 용이하게 하기 위한 나사산으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하며 이러한 장치를 통해 지중압 측정을 통한 능동제어를 용이하게 할 수 있다.
