ASPHALT PAVING APPARATUS FOR RECYCLING ASPHALT SURFACE LAYER IN FIELD HAVING PRE-HEATER AND RECYCLER
According to the present invention, an asphalt paving apparatus for recycling includes a preheater and a recycler to recycle an asphalt surface layer on a site. The asphalt paving apparatus for recycling the surface layer on a site having the preheater and the recycler modularizes a preheater heating plate to firstly heat the asphalt surface layer and a recycler heating plate to secondly heat the asphalt surface layer into heater units to facilitate manufacture, maintenance, and repair. Also, the preheater heating plate is easily mounted and transported, and a heating width of the preheater heating plate and the recycler heating plate can be easily adjusted. Also, thermal deformation of a heater for the preheater heating plate and the recycler heating plate, which has high infrared efficiency and is a relatively mid- to high-price infrared-based heating device, is minimized to uniformly heat the asphalt pavement at regular intervals. Safety and eco-friendly preheater equipment and recycler equipment can be provided by oil vapor removal.
현장에서 아스팔트 표층을 재생하도록 프리히터(Pre-Heater) 및 리사이클러(Recycler)를 구비한 재생 아스팔트 포장장치에서 아스팔트 표층을 1차적으로 가열하는 프리히터 가열판 및 아스팔트 표층을 2차적으로 가열하는 리사이클러 가열판을 각각 발열체 유닛으로 유닛화함으로써 제작 및 유지보수가 용이해지며, 또한, 프리히터 가열판의 장착 및 운반이 용이하고, 프리히터 가열판 및 리사이클러 가열판의 가열 폭을 용이하게 조절할 수 있고, 또한, 높은 적외선 효율을 갖고 상대적으로 중고가인 적외선(Infrared) 기반 가열장치로서 프리히터 가열판 및 리사이클러 가열판용 발열체의 열적 변형을 최소화함으로써 아스팔트 포장을 등간격으로 균일하게 가열할 수 있으며, 유증기 제거를 통해 안전성과 환경 친화적인 프리히터 장비 및 리사이클러 장비를 제공할 수 있는, 프리히터 및 리사이클러를 구비한 현장 표층 재생 아스팔트 포장장치가 제공된다.
