ASPHALT PAVING APPARATUS FOR RECYCLING ASPHALT SURFACE LAYER HAVING PRE-HEATER AND RECYCLER
The present invention relates to an in-place surface recycling asphalt paving apparatus having a pre-heater and a recycler that is configured to allow pre-heater heating plates for primarily heating an asphalt surface layer and a recycler heating plate for secondarily heating the asphalt surface layer to be formed as units of heating elements, thereby making manufacturing and maintenance easy, allowing the pre-heater heating plates to be easily mounted and carried, easily adjusting heating widths of the pre-heater heating plates and the recycler heating plate, also minimizing thermal deformation of the heating elements of the pre-heater heating plates and the recycler heating plate as an infrared-based heating devices having a high infrared efficiency to evenly heat the asphalt layer, and providing eco-friendly pre-heater equipment and recycler equipment having safety through oil steam filtering. According to the present invention, the in-place surface recycling asphalt paving apparatus includes: pre-heater equipment (100) having a self-propelled frame (140) on which a front heating plate (310), a center heating plate (320) and a rear heating plate (320) are disposed so as to primarily heat an asphalt surface layer; and recycler equipment (200) having a self-propelled frame (280) on which a recycler heating plate (340) is disposed to secondarily heat the asphalt surface layer heated by the pre-heater equipment (100) and to perform cutting, mixing, and paving, wherein the pre-heater heating plates (310, 320, 330) and the recycler heating plate (340) are folded on both sides thereof to adjust heating widths.
현장에서 아스팔트 표층을 재생하도록 프리히터(Pre-Heater) 및 리사이클러(Recycler)를 구비한 재생 아스팔트 포장장치에서 아스팔트 표층을 1차적으로 가열하는 프리히터 가열판 및 아스팔트 표층을 2차적으로 가열하는 리사이클러 가열판을 각각 발열체 유닛으로 유닛화함으로써 제작 및 유지보수가 용이해지며, 또한, 프리히터 가열판의 장착 및 운반이 용이하고, 프리히터 가열판 및 리사이클러 가열판의 가열 폭을 용이하게 조절할 수 있고, 또한, 높은 적외선 효율을 갖고 상대적으로 중고가인 적외선(Infrared) 기반 가열장치로서 프리히터 가열판 및 리사이클러 가열판용 발열체의 열적 변형을 최소화함으로써 아스팔트 포장을 균일하게 가열할 수 있으며, 유증기 필터링을 통해 안전성과 환경 친화적인 프리히터 장비 및 리사이클러 장비를 제공할 수 있는, 프리히터 및 리사이클러를 구비한 현장 표층 재생 아스팔트 포장장치가 제공된다.
