Maintaining thickness uniformity and a method for producing an improved heat insulating effect of the foam heat insulating material edge
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a foamed polyethylene insulating material, comprising the following steps: foaming a polyethylene resin with a regular ratio and preparing a foamed polyethylene fabric which is a sheet member; perforating a cutting line when the foamed polyethylene fabric is prepared; and laminating an aluminum film on both surfaces of the foamed polyethylene fabric while the foamed polyethylene fabric perforated with the cutting line is pulled to both sides and elongated. In the perforating step, a pair of cutting lines in parallel is formed at the center of the left and right length of the foamed polyethylene fabric. According to the method for manufacturing a foamed polyethylene insulating material, uniformity of the thickness is maintained and insulation effects of the edge are improved.
본 발명은 발포 폴리에틸렌 단열재 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 폴리에틸렌 수지를 일정 배율로 발포하여 시트상의 부재인 발포 폴리에틸렌 원단을 준비하는 단계; 발포 폴리에틸렌 원단이 준비되면 절개선을 타공하는 타공단계; 절개선이 타공된 발포 폴리에틸렌 원단을 양쪽으로 잡아당겨 신장시킨 상태에서 발포 폴리에틸렌 원단의 양면에 알루미늄 필름을 합지하는 단계;를 포함하되, 상기 타공단계는 발포 폴리에틸렌 원단의 좌우 길이 중간에 평행한 한 쌍의 절개선이 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 두께의 균일성을 유지하고 가장자리의 단열 효과가 개선된 발포 폴리에틸렌 단열재 제조방법을 제공한다.
