WALL PAINTING TILE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a wall painting tile, and a method of manufacturing a wall painting tile. The wall painting tile comprises: a tile base material (110) installed as a matt tile or a pastel tile; an image forming layer (120) formed by painting for an opaque effect, wherein the image forming layer (120) is a picture formed on a surface of the tile base material (110); and a gloss surface coating layer (130) coated on the image forming layer (120) for a transparent gloss surface layer which protects the image forming layer (120) and is glittered. The method of manufacturing a wall painting tile completes a wall painting by attaching and installing the tile, which is processed by moisture removal, gloss surface coating, and plastic processing, on a wall after the picture for the wall painting is drawn by painting on the tile using a structure form of the wall painting tile. According to the present invention, the wall painting tile is able to maintain durability for a long time erasing or scratching various images such as a picture, a logo, or a pattern formed on the wall painting tile in all environments; and has excellent qualities such as excellent durability and excellent weatherproof performance. The wall painting tile is able to be manufactured and constructed at low costs without breaking the tile.
본 발명은 벽화타일 및 그 제작방법에 관한 것으로서, 무광타일 또는 파스텔타일로 구비되는 타일기재(110); 상기 타일기재(110)의 표면에 형성되는 그림이며, 불투명 효과를 위해 페인트 도색으로 이루어지는 이미지 형성층(120); 상기 이미지 형성층(120)을 보호 및 반짝이는 투명의 유광 표면막을 위해 이미지 형성층(120) 위에 코팅 형성되는 유광 표면코팅층(130);을 포함하는 벽화타일을 제공하며, 이러한 구조 형태를 활용하여 타일에 페인트 도색을 통해 벽화용 그림을 그려넣고 수분 제거와 유광 표면코팅 및 소성 처리를 거친 타일을 벽면에 부착 및 배열하여 벽화를 완성하는 벽화타일 제작방법을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 벽화타일에 형성한 그림이나 로고 또는 문양 등의 각종 이미지를 어떠한 환경에서도 지워지거나 긁히지 않고 오랫동안 수명을 유지토록 할 수 있고, 우수한 내구성과 내후성 등을 갖는 우수한 품질의 벽화타일을 제공할 수 있으며, 타일이 깨지지 않고 저렴한 비용으로 벽화타일을 제작 및 시공할 수 있다.
