The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing burglary. The apparatus for preventing burglary comprises: an upper tag and a lower tag (3, 5) each having a detecting sensor (7); a fixing pin (12) inserted into or separated from the upper and lower tags (3, 5) by penetrating a product (A); a bell-shaped upper cover (13) mounted at an inner side of the upper and lower tags (3, 5), and having a penetrating hole (h1) for allowing the fixing pin (12) inserted thereinto with a diameter which increases toward a lower part; a guide (15) in which a flange (25) is formed at a lower part, and at an upper part, by passing through a guide hole (h2) formed at the upper cover (13), and corresponding to the penetrating hole (h1), the fixing pin (12) penetrates to move in a separator (S) direction as the guide is made of a magnetic substance, and a magnetic field of the separator (S) is transferred; a moving body (17) ascending and descending by being mounted at a inner side of the upper cover (13), and moving in a separator (S) direction as the moving body is made of a magnetic substance, and a magnetic field of the separator (S) is transferred; a plurality of locking balls (19) arranged at an upper surface of the moving body (17), fixed to the fixing pin (12) by contacting an outer circumferential surface of the fixing pin when the moving body (17) ascends, and removing the fixing pin (12) when the same descends; a lower cover (23) combined to a bottom part of the upper cover (13), and combined to a concave groove (h4) of the lower tag (5); and an elastic member (21) for elastically supporting the moving body (17) upwardly by having a bottom end supported by the lower cover (23) and a top end for supporting a bottom part of the moving body (17).

본 발명은 도난방지장치에 관한 것이다. 그러한 도난방지장치는 감지센서(7)가 구비된 상부 및 하부태그(3,5)와; 상품(A)을 관통하여 상부 및 하부태그(3,5)에 삽입되거나 분리되는 고정핀(12)과; 상부 및 하부태그(3,5)의 내측에 장착되며 고정핀(12)이 삽입되는 관통홀(h1)이 형성되고, 하부로 갈수록 직경이 증가하는 종 형상의 상부커버(13)와; 하단에 플랜지(25)가 형성되고 상단은 상부커버(13)에 형성된 가이드홀(h2)을 통과하여 관통홀(h1)에 대응됨으로써 고정핀(12)이 관통하고, 자성체로 형성되어 분리기(S)의 자기장이 전달되는 경우 분리기(S) 방향으로 이동하는 가이드(15)와; 상부커버(13)의 내측에 배치되어 승하강하며, 자성체로 형성되어 분리기(S)의 자기장이 전달되는 경우 분리기(S) 방향으로 이동하는 이동체(17)와; 이동체(17)의 상면에 배치되며 이동체(17)가 상승하는 경우 고정핀(12)의 외주면에 접촉하여 고정시키고, 하강하는 경우 고정핀(12)을 해제시키는 복수개의 록킹볼(19)과; 상부커버(13)의 하부에 결합되며 하부태그(5)의 오목홈(h4)에 결합되는 하부커버(23)와; 그리고 하단은 하부커버(23)에 지지되고, 상단은 이동체(17)의 하부를 지지함으로써 이동체(17)를 상부방향으로 탄력적으로 지지하는 탄성부재(21)를 포함한다.
