Manufacturing method of message sign on the road
The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a road sign. In particular, the road sign is made of an aluminum material and includes a guide mark formed on a surface of the road sign to display various kinds of information of a road. A method to manufacture the guide mark comprises: a primer coating step of heating the road sign to spray a primer powder coating, which is one of epoxy, polyester, urethane, and epoxy-polyester on an outer surface of the road sign to form a primer layer; and a topcoat coating step of heating the road sign having the primer layer formed thereon and then spraying a top phosphorescent powder coating including a phosphorescent material on the surface of the primer layer to form a topcoat layer. The topcoat coating step comprises: a first topcoat coating step of heating the road sign having the primer layer formed thereon and then spraying the top phosphorescent powder coating on the primer layer to form a first topcoat layer; and a second topcoat coating step of heating the road sign having the first topcoat layer formed thereon and then spraying the top phosphorescent powder coating to form a second topcoat layer. The topcoat layer includes the first and second topcoat layers, and the temperature to heat the road sign in the second topcoat coating step is higher than the temperature to heat the road sign in the first topcoat coating step.
본 발명은 도로 표지판의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 알루미늄 재질의 표지판으로서, 상기 표지판의 표면에는 도로의 각종 정보를 표시하는 안내표지가 마련되고, 상기 안내표지는, 상기 표지판을 가열한 후, 에폭시, 폴리에스테르, 우레탄, 에폭시-폴리에스테르 중 어느 하나인 하도분체도료를 상기 표지판의 외면에 분사하여 하도층을 형성하는 하도도장단계와, 상기 하도층이 형성되어 있는 상기 표지판을 가열한 후, 형광물질 또는 발광물질이 첨가되어 있는 상도축광분체도료를 상기 하도층의 표면에 분사하여 상도층을 형성하는 상도도장단계로 이루어지며, 상기 상도도장단계는, 상기 하도층이 형성되어 있는 상기 표지판을 가열한 후, 상기 상도축광분체도료를 상기 하도층에 분사하여 제1상도층을 형성하는 제1 상도도장단계와, 상기 제1 상도층이 형성되어 있는 상기 표지판을 가열한 후, 상기 상도축광분체도료를 상기 제1 상도층에 분사하여 제2 상도층을 형성하는 제2 상도도장단계로 이루어지고, 상기 상도층은 상기 제1 상도층과 제2 상도층으로 이루어지며, 상기 제2 상도도장단계에서 상기 표지판을 가열하는 온도는 상기 제1 상도도장단계에서 상기 표지판을 가열하는 온도보다 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 도로 표지판의 제조방법을 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a road sign. In particular, the road sign is made of an aluminum material and includes a guide mark formed on a surface of the road sign to display various kinds of information of a road.
