CLAMP ASSEMBLY FOR HYPOTHESIS SOUNDPROOF PANEL AND MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF HYPOTHESIS SOUNDPROOF PANEL USING THE SAME
Disclosed are a clamp assembly for a temporary soundproof panel and an installation structure of a temporary soundproof panel using the same which can conveniently clamp a temporary soundproof panel to a scaffold. The clamp assembly for a temporary soundproof panel clamps a post into which a soundproof panel is inserted to be fixed to a scaffold pipe, and comprises: a clamp body bound to the scaffold pipe; and a moving plate unit installed on one side of the clamp body and coupled to the post to be moved in a longitudinal direction. Moreover, the installation structure of a temporary soundproof panel comprises: a scaffold wherein a plurality of vertical and horizontal scaffold pipes are arranged in a grid shape; a post which is arranged in parallel with the vertical scaffold pipes or the horizontal scaffold pipes, and has a panel insertion unit; a soundproof panel inserted into the panel insertion unit to be fixed; and a clamp assembly to clamp the post to the vertical scaffold pipes or the horizontal scaffold pipes.
가설방음패널을 비계에 간편하게 클램핑 체결할 수 있는 가설방음패널용 클램프 조립체 및 이를 이용한 가설방음패널 설치구조가 개시된다. 본 발명의 가설방음패널용 클램프 조립체는, 방음패널이 끼워져 고정되는 포스트를 비계파이프에 클램핑 체결하는 가설방음패널용 클램프로서, 비계파이프에 결속되는 클램프 몸체; 및 클램프 몸체의 일측에 설치되며, 포스트에 길이방향을 따라 이동 가능하게 결합되는 이동 플레이트부;를 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 가설방음패널 설치구조는 다수의 수직 비계파이프와 수평 비계파이프가 격자형으로 이루어진 비계; 수직 비계파이프 또는 수평 비계파이프와 나란하게 배치되고, 패널 끼움부가 형성되는 포스트; 패널 끼움부에 끼워져 고정되는 방음패널; 및 포스트를 수직 비계파이프 또는 수평 비계파이프에 클램핑 체결하는 클램프 조립체;를 포함할 수 있다.
