MORTAR COMPOSITION USING SLIME AS A FILLER AND MORTAR USING THEREOF
The present invention relates to a mortar composition to which slime is applied as a filler and comprising -gypsum hemihydrate as a main ingredient, and to mortar using the same, and more specifically, to a mortar composition comprising a slag fine powder which can supplement late strength to the -gypsum hemihydrate which is an industrial byproduct, anhydrous gypsum and white cement for reducing drying shrinkage and preventing cracking, slime for filling a gap between binder particles and imparting a closest filling function between the particles, and a water reducing admixture and a retarder for controlling construction performance and a congelation time, so that the mortar composition is eco-friendly and has a short curing period to be excellent in economic feasibility and can secure certain strength, and to mortar using the same.
본 발명은 슬라임을 충진제로 적용하고, β-반수석고를 주성분으로 하는 모르타르 조성물 및 이를 이용한 모르타르에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 산업 부산물인 β-반수석고에 후기 강도를 보완할 수 있는 슬래그미분말과 건조수축 감소 및 균열방지를 위한 무수석고 및 백시멘트, 결합재 입자 사이의 공극을 채워 입자간 최밀충전 기능을 부여하는 슬라임, 시공성능 및 응결시간의 조절을 위한 감수제 및 지연제를 첨가함으로써 친환경적이고 양생기간이 짧아 경제성이 우수하며, 일정한 강도를 확보할 수 있는 모르타르 조성물 및 이를 이용한 모르타르에 관한 것이다.
