MIXTURE OF EARLY STRENGTH FOR CEMENT CONCRETE INCLUDING CALCIUM COMPOUND AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME
The present invention relates to a high-early strength mixture for cement concrete and to a production method therefor, wherein the high-early strength mixture contains a calcium compound, a metal oxide, a hydroxide of an alkali metal and the like, a dispersant and water. In addition, by containing the calcium compound, and the like, the high-early strength mixture for cement concrete, according to the present invention, is useful for industrial by-product recycling, is economical and may enable saving energy by enabling cement content to be reduced, and is environmentally friendly by enabling the mitigation of environmental pollution by reducing carbon dioxide production. By being added to a cement concrete mixture, the high-early strength mixture has the effect of enabling the cement concrete to exhibit a higher early strength.
본 발명은 시멘트 콘크리트용 조강혼합물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 칼슘 화합물, 금속 산화물, 알칼리금속 등의 수산화물, 분산제 및 물을 포함한다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 시멘트 콘크리트용 조강혼합물은 칼슘 화합물 등을 포함하여 산업부산물의 재활용에 유용하며, 시멘트의 함량을 낮출 수 있어 경제적이며 에너지를 절약할 수 있고, 이산화탄소의 발생을 저감시켜 환경 오염을 감소시킬 수 있어 친환경적이다. 상기 조강혼합물은 시멘트 콘크리트 혼합물에 첨가하여 시멘트 콘크리트가 보다 높은 조기강도를 내도록 하는 효과가 있다.
