The present invention relates to a crude steel mixture for cement concrete containing a calcium compound and to a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the crude steel mixture contains calcium compounds, metal oxides, hydroxides such as alkali metals, dispersants and water. In addition, the crude steel mixture for the cement concrete according to the present invention contains calcium compounds and the like to be useful for recycling of industrial by-products, to reduce the content of cement, to be economical, to save energy and to be eco-friendly as environmental pollution can be reduced by reducing the generation of carbon dioxide. The addition of the crude steel mixture to the cement concrete mixture has an effect of increasing the early strength of the cement concrete.
본 발명은 시멘트 콘크리트용 조강혼합물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 칼슘 화합물, 금속 산화물, 알칼리금속 등의 수산화물, 분산제 및 물을 포함한다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 시멘트 콘크리트용 조강혼합물은 칼슘 화합물 등을 포함하여 산업부산물의 재활용에 유용하며, 시멘트의 함량을 낮출 수 있어 경제적이며 에너지를 절약할 수 있고, 이산화탄소의 발생을 저감시켜 환경 오염을 감소시킬 수 있어 친환경적이다. 상기 조강혼합물은 시멘트 콘크리트 혼합물에 첨가하여 시멘트 콘크리트가 보다 높은 조기강도를 내도록 하는 효과가 있다.
