Repeat circulation of non-contact instantaneous water heater heating system
The present invention relates to a multi-circulation non-contact instantaneous water heater heating circulated water from various sides in an indirect contact type at the same time, thus preventing corrosion and maximizing heat transfer and efficiency for heating. In particular, the instantaneous water heater comprises: a supply body where water flows in and out, and a circulation direction is changed; a heating unit to surround a circulation body with an insulating material, wherein a circulation path is formed to repeatedly circulate the water; a finishing body to change the circulation direction of the water; and an external insulating material to prevent a heat loss towards the outside. Thus, as the circulated water receives heat from the heating unit in various directions through a conduction type at the same time, heating efficiency is increased such that directly supplied cold water is heated into hot water in the shortest time, thereby providing an effect capable of quickly and continuously using the hot water.
본 발명은 순환되는 물을 간접 접촉방식과 여러 방면에서 동시에 가열함으로써 부식현상이 발생하지 않으며 가열을 위한 열전달과 열효율을 극대화시키는 다 순환 비접촉 가열방식의 순간온수기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 물이 유입되고 배출되며 순환 방향을 변경하는 공급몸체, 물이 반복적으로 순환하도록 순환로가 형성된 순환몸체를 단열재로 감싼 가열부, 물의 순환 방향을 변경하는 마감몸체, 외부로 열손실을 방지하는 외부단열재로 구성하여; 순환하는 물이 발열부의 열을 전도방식으로 여러 방향에서 동시적으로 전달받아 가열 효율성을 증대시켜 최단시간에 직접 공급되는 냉수를 온수로 가열하여 빠르게 온수를 지속적으로 사용가능한 효과가 있다.
