Repeat circulation of non-contact instantaneous water heater heating boilers
The present invention relates to a multi-circulation, non-contact instantaneous water-heating unit that simultaneously heats circulated water from various sides in an indirect contact type to maximize heat transfer and thermal efficiency, thus making a boiler with a small volume but being applicable to an existing boiler using fossil fuel through modification. In particular, the instantaneous boiler comprises: an instantaneous water heating unit not in contact with direct water supplied to a direct water pipe and circulating the water many times to perform heating in a conduction type; a three-way valve to supply hot water of the instantaneous water heating unit as heating water or hot water; and a main controller to circulate the water collected in a circulation tank after finishing a heating function by operation of a circulation pump, and to control various kinds of valves, power supply, and sensors. Accordingly, provided are effects of not generating combustion gas, being installed through structural modification of an existing boiler to be economically-friendly, and reducing installation expenses since the purchase of a new boiler is not required.
본 발명은 순환되는 물을 간접 접촉방식과 여러 방면에서 동시에 가열하여 열전달과 열효율을 극대화시킨 순간온수부를 이용하여 작은 체적으로 보일러를 제작가능한 동시에 기존의 화석연료를 사용하는 보일러를 개조하여 적용할 수 있는 다순환 비접촉 가열방식의 순간보일러에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 직수관을 통해 공급되는 직수와 비 접촉이며 전도방식으로 여러 번 순환시켜 가열하여 순간온수부, 상기 순간온수부의 가열온수를 난방이나 온수로 공급하는 삼방밸브, 난방기능을 마친 후 순환탱크에 모여진 물을 순환펌프의 작동으로 순환시키며, 각종 밸브 및 전원공급과 센서를 제어하는 본체컨트롤러로 구성하여; 연소가스를 발생시키지 않으며 기존의 보일러에 구조적 변경을 통해 설치가능하여 친환경적이며 보일러를 재구매하지 않게 되어 시설비용을 절감하는 효과가 있다.
