Connecting support member for zenith mold
The present invention relates to a connecting support member for a ceiling mold and, specifically, to a connecting support member for a ceiling mold, which can save time and human resources for deconstruction work and installation of a ceiling mold and can stably support the ceiling mold forming a ceiling and a floor. The connecting support member for a ceiling mold fixes a foundation to an upper side of a euroform forming a wall mold and enables the installation of a sleeper installed to form the ceiling mold. The connecting support member for a ceiling mold comprises: a vertical frame supported by being installed inside the upper part of the euroform forming the wall mold, wherein a through hole is formed at fixed intervals on the side of the vertical frame; a fixing frame formed as a U-shaped frame to vertically and horizontally move by being connected to the outer circumference of the vertical frame and having the through hole on the side, wherein the fixing frame has a partition supporting a foundation installed at an upper end of the euroform at an end; a mounting frame having a groove unit to enable the sleeper to be mounted on a rear end of the fixing frame; and a connection pin inserted and connected into the through hole of the vertical frame by passing through the through hole of the fixing frame so that the vertical frame and the fixing frame are fixed.
본 발명은 천장거푸집용 연결지지부재에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 천장 및 바닥면을 형성하는 천장거푸집을 안정적으로 지지함과 천장거푸집의 설치 및 해체작업에 따른 시간과 인력을 절감할 수 있는 천장거푸집용 연결지지부재는 벽체거푸집을 형성하는 유로폼의 상부 측에 토대를 고정함과 천정거푸집을 형성하기 위해 설치되는 멍에목를 설치할 수 있도록 하는 천장거푸집 연결지지부재에 있어서, 벽체거푸집을 형성하는 유로폼의 내측 상부에 내설되어 지지되며 측면에는 일정한 간격으로 이격된 관통공이 형성된 수직프레임과 상기 수직프레임 외주에 결합되어 상,하,좌,우로 이동할 수 있도록 ㄷ 자형 프레임으로 형성하되 측면에 통공이 형성되고 일측단에는 유로품의 상단에 설치되는 토대를 지지하는 격벽이 구비된 고정프레임과 상기 고정프레임의 후단에는 멍에목을 안착시킬 수 있도록 홈부가 형성된 안착프레임과 상기 수직프레임과 고정프레임이 고정될 수 있도록 상기 고정프레임의 통공을 관통하여 수직프레임의 관통공에 삽입결합되는 결합핀을 포함하여 이루어진 구조이다.
