MOLD SUPPORT MEMBER, MOLD HOLDING TOOL, AND MOLD UNIT AND INSTALLATION METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold support member, a mold holding tool, a mold unit and an installation method of the mold unit that enable a foundation batholith and a foundation rising part to be constructed by casting concrete once when constructing a mat foundation, with light work and while saving materials and processes.SOLUTION: A mold support member 1 is of a long plate-like form and fixed on leveling concrete X, having a mold support part 2 and a support post fixing part 3 provided on one edge side of the long plate-like form and the support post fixing part 3 provided on the other edge side. A mold A or a support post 4 is selectively fitted on the mold support part 2 on the one edge side of the mold support member 1, allowing an outer mold unit 100 and an inner mold unit 200 to be co-used and save materials. The support post 4 is fitted on the mold support member 1 and the mold support part 2 having an almost U-shaped cross-section is fitted at a top edge of the support post 4, allowing installation to be performed readily with light work.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】 ベタ基礎の構築において、一度のコンクリート打設により基礎底盤及び基礎立上を構築でき、かつ、軽作業であり、省部材及び省工程で構築可能な型枠支持材、型枠保持具及び型枠ユニット並びに該型枠ユニットの構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】 捨てコンＸ上に固定する長板状で、該長板状の一端側に型枠支持部２及び支柱固定部３を設け、該他端側に支柱固定部３を設けた型枠支持材１を、該型枠支持材１の一端側の型枠支持部２に型枠Ａか支柱４を選択して取付けることにより外側型枠ユニット１００及び内側型枠ユニット２００で兼用可能として省部材化でき、該型枠支持材１に支柱４及び該支柱４の上端に断面視略コ字型の型枠支持部２を取付けることにより、容易に軽作業で構築可能とした。【選択図】図４
