ONE-TOUCH ELASTIC FIXING TYPE WOOD DECK PLATE WITHOUT SCREW
The present invention relates to a wood deck plate with a one-touch elastic connection without a screw spike, and more specifically, to a wood deck plate easily installed in a short time without being fixed with the screw spike, bolts, and the like, thereby preventing damage caused by fixing means such as the screw spike, and the like in advance. The wood deck plate comprises: a wood plate made of a wooden material whose upper and lower surfaces are flat; a first inner groove in which a lower part of one side of the wood plate is cut in the longitudinal direction, thereby being formed to be recessed inwardly; an insertion groove formed to be recessed inwardly with a relatively narrow width from an upper end of the first inner groove to the inner side; a second inner groove formed to be recessed inwardly with a relatively narrow width than the first inner groove, and in which a lower part of the other side of the wood plate is cut in the longitudinal direction; a half round groove formed in a round shape at an upper side of the second inner groove.
본 발명은 나사못이나 볼트 등으로 체결하지 않고 간편하면서 단시간에 설치할 수 있도록 하여 나사못 등의 고정수단에 의한 손상이 미연에 방지되도록 하는 나사못 없이 원터치 탄성 결합이 가능한 목재 데크 판재에 관한 것으로, 본 데크 판재는 상면과 하면이 평평한 목재 재질의 목재판과; 상기 목재판의 일측 하부가 길이방향으로 절단되어 내측으로 함몰되게 형성되는 제1 내측홈과; 상기 제1 내측홈의 상단에서 내측으로 상대적으로 좁은 폭으로 함몰되어 형성되는 삽입홈과; 상기 목재판의 타측 하부가 길이방향으로 절단되어 상기 제1 내측홈보다 상대적으로 좁은 폭으로 내측으로 함몰되게 형성되는 제2 내측홈과; 상기 제2 내측홈의 상단에 반원형으로 라운드지게 형성되는 반원홈을; 포함한다.
