CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF HYBRID RAILWAY BRIDGE USING CONCRETE FILLED TUBE TRUSS GIRDER AND LONGITUDINAL PRESTRESSED CONCRETE BLOCK
The present invention relates to a filled tube truss railway bridge, and specifically relates to a construction method of a continuous hybrid railway bridge using a precast concrete block and a filled tube truss girder in which a concrete block of a truss continuous spot portion connected with a unit filled tube truss girder is manufactured in a divided manner in a transverse direction. According to the present invention, the concrete spot block manufactured in the divided manner is manufactured in a precast segment integrally formed with a bottom plate in a hollow shape in a divided manner, and is moved to an installation space. A plurality of concrete spot blocks are continuously installed in a bridge. When forming the concrete spot block, tensile force is introduced in a longitudinal direction, and the unit filled tube truss girder is connected to be integrated with the concrete spot block. The present invention comprises: a precast segment manufacturing process; a precast concrete spot block assembly process; a tensile force introduction process; and a spot portion connecting process.
본 발명은 충전강관 하이브리드 트러스 철도교에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 단위 충전강관 트러스 거더와 연결되는 트러스 연속지점부의 콘크리트 지점블록을 횡방향으로 분할 제작하되, 중공상 형태로 바닥판이 일체로 형성된 프리캐스트 세그먼트로 분할 제작한 후 설치 장소로 이동시킨 상태에서 교각에 복수개를 연속으로 설치하여 콘크리트 지점블록을 형성할 시 종방향으로 긴장력을 도입시키고, 단위 충전강관 트러스 거더와 연결시켜 일체화시키도록 하는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 지점블록과 충전강관 트러스 거더를 이용한 중장경간 하이브리드 철도교량 연속화 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
