Concrete dressed brick and making method of it
According to the present invention, disclosed is a concrete dressed brick for a wall and a finishing material, which is made of a composition comprising 40-45 wt% of aggregate, 15-20 wt% of stone powder, 25-30 wt% of slag, and 10-12 wt% of cement. A manufacturing method of the concrete brick comprises: a first step of mixing and stirring 40-45 wt% of aggregate, 15-20 wt% of stone powder, 25-30 wt% of slag, and 10-12 wt% of cement with 35% or less of water based on the weight of cement; a second step of manufacturing a brick molded product by putting the mixture into a mold and pressurizing the mixture; a third step of curing the brick molded product at the temperature of at least 500°C; and a fourth step of demolding the cured brick molded product and completing a concrete brick. Since the present invention can function as a wall and a finishing material, a subsequent process such as plastering and painting required for finishing is unnecessary.
본 발명에 따르면, 콘크리트 벽돌에 있어서, 골재 40 ~ 45중량%, 석분 15 ~ 20중량%, 슬래그 25 ~ 30중량%, 시멘트 10 ~ 12중량%를 포함하는 조성물로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 벽체와 마감재 겸용 콘크리트 치장벽돌이 개시되고, 더불어 콘크리트 벽돌을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 골재 40 ~ 45중량%, 석분 15 ~ 20중량%, 슬래그 25 ~ 30중량%, 시멘트 10 ~ 12중량%에 시멘트 중량대비 물 35% 이하를 혼합하고 교반하는 1단계; 상기 혼합물을 성형틀에 넣고 가압하여 벽돌 성형물을 제조하는 2단계; 상기 벽돌 성형물을 500도시 이상으로 양생하는 3단계; 양생된 벽돌 성형물을 탈형하여 콘크리트 벽돌을 완성하는 4단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 벽체와 마감재 겸용 콘크리트 치장벽돌 제조방법이 개시된다.
