Ceramic body with porcelain and chamotte and method thereof
The present invention provides a ceramic body using chamotte and white porcelain. The ceramic body using chamotte and white porcelain includes 100 parts by weight of white porcelain, 1-10 parts by weight of chamotte of 18 mesh size, and 10-30 parts by weight of chamotte of 40 mesh size. A method of the ceramic body using chamotte and white porcelain comprises: a step of forming a mixture by mixing 100 parts by weight of white porcelain, 1-10 parts by weight of chamotte of 18 mesh size, and 10-30 parts by weight of chamotte of 40 mesh size; a step of forming the mixture into a molded body; a step of drying the molded body; a step of applying transparent glaze on the surface of the dried molded body; and a step of firing the molded body applied with the glaze at 1,100 to 1,200°C, wherein the forming step uses a spinning forming method, a semi-automatic forming method, a mechanical forming method, and a casting forming method. The present invention is provided to increase utilization and have a unique texture.
본 발명은 백자 100 중량부, 18mesh 크기의 샤모트 1 내지 10 중량부 및 40mesh 크기의 샤모트 10 내지 30 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백자와 샤모트를 이용한 소지를 제공한다. 또한, 본 발명은 백자와 샤모트를 이용한 소지의 제조방법으로 백자 100 중량부와 18mesh 크기의 샤모트 1 내지 10 중량부 및 40mesh 크기의 샤모트 10 내지 30 중량부를 혼합하여 혼합물을 형성하는 단계, 상기 혼합물을 성형체로 성형하는 단계, 상기 성형체를 건조하는 단계, 상기 건조된 성형체의 표면에 투명 유약을 시유하는 단계 및 상기 유약이 시유된 성형체를 1100℃ 내지 1200℃에서 소성하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 성형 단계에서 물레 성형법, 반자동 성형법, 기계 성형법 및 캐스팅 성형법을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백자와 샤모트를 이용한 소지의 제조방법을 제공한다.
