A graphene flake thin film manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention, as a graphene flake thin film manufacturing apparatus which produces graphene on a substrate by using a graphite powder, comprises: a substrate arranging unit having the substrate arranged on one side thereof; a nozzle unit which is formed in the form of a pipe having an internal space formed therein such that the graphite powder moves in the internal space, and has an injection hole formed in one side thereof to inject the graphite powder onto the substrate through the injection hole; and a graphite supply unit which is communicated with the internal space of the nozzle unit and supplies the graphite powder into the internal space. The graphene flake thin film manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention can manufacture a graphene flake thin film by injecting the graphite powder through the nozzle unit, colliding the injected graphite powder with the substrate at a high speed, and depositing a graphene on the substrate. Therefore, the graphene flake thin film manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention can manufacture the graphene flake thin film at low costs, and can rapidly manufacture the graphene flake thin film to increase manufacturing efficiency of the graphene flake thin film. Further, the graphene flake thin film manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention can manufacture the graphene flake thin film irrespective of the type of a substrate material by enabling the graphene flake thin film to be manufactured at room temperature.
본 발명에 따른 그래핀 플레이크 박막제작장치는, 그라파이트 분말을 이용하여 기판에 그래핀을 생성시키는 그래핀 플레이크 박막제작장치에 있어서, 일측에 기판이 배치되는 기판배치부; 상기 그라파이트 분말이 이동하도록 내부공간이 형성된 관의 형상으로, 일측에 분사홀이 형성되어, 상기 분사홀을 통해 상기 기판 상에 상기 그라파이트 분말이 분사되는 노즐부; 및 상기 노즐부의 내부 공간과 연통되며, 상기 내부공간으로 상기 그라파이트 분말을 공급하는 그라파이트공급부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 그래핀 플레이크 박막제작장치에 의하면, 노즐부를 통해 그라파이트 분말을 분사시켜 기판에 고속으로 충돌함으로써, 기판 상에 그래핀을 증착시켜, 그래핀 플레이크 박막을 제작할 수 있다. 따라서 그래핀 플레이크 박막을 저가로 제작할 수 있으며, 빠르게 제작할 수 있어 제작 효율이 높다. 또한 그래핀 플레이크 박막을 상온에서 제작할 수 있어, 기판 재료의 종류와 관계없이 그래핀 플레이크 박막을 제작할 수 있다.
