The graphene flake thin film manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention, which produces graphene on a substrate by using graphite powder, comprises: a substrate disposition unit having a substrate disposed at one side thereof; a nozzle unit which is in a tubular shape having an interior space so as to allow for the movement of graphite powder, has a spray hole at one side thereof, and sprays the graphite powder onto the substrate through the spray hole; and a graphite supply unit communicating with the interior space of the nozzle unit and supplying the graphite powder to the interior space. The graphene flake thin film manufacturing apparatus and graphene flake thin film manufacturing method, according to the present invention, are configured such that graphene flake thin films can be manufactured by depositing graphene on substrates by spraying graphite powder via the nozzle unit so as for same to collide with the substrates at a high speed.
L'invention concerne un appareil de fabrication de films minces de flocons de graphène, qui produit du graphène sur un substrat au moyen de poudre de graphite, comportant: une unité de disposition de substrat comprenant un substrat disposé sur un côté de celle-ci; une unité de buse qui présente une forme tubulaire ayant un espace intérieur pour permettre le mouvement de poudre de graphite, comprend un orifice de pulvérisation sur un côté de celui-ci, et pulvérise la poudre de graphite sur le substrat à travers l'orifice de pulvérisation; et une unité d'alimentation en graphite communiquant avec l'espace intérieur de l'unité de buse et fournissant la poudre de graphite à l'espace intérieur. L'appareil de fabrication de films minces de flocons de graphène et le procédé de fabrication de films minces de flocons de graphène, selon la présente invention, sont configurés de sorte que des films minces de flocons de graphène puissent être fabriqués par dépôt de graphène sur des substrats par pulvérisation de poudre de graphite à travers l'unité de buse pour la collision de celle-ci avec les substrats à une vitesse élevée.
본 발명에 따른 그래핀 플레이크 박막제작장치는, 그라파이트 분말을 이용하여 기판에 그래핀을 생성시키는 그래핀 플레이크 박막제작장치에 있어서, 일측에 기판이 배치되는 기판배치부; 상기 그라파이트 분말이 이동하도록 내부공간이 형성된 관의 형상으로, 일측에 분사홀이 형성되어, 상기 분사홀을 통해 상기 기판 상에 상기 그라파이트 분말이 분사되는 노즐부; 및 상기 노즐부의 내부 공간과 연통되며, 상기 내부공간으로 상기 그라파이트 분말을 공급하는 그라파이트공급부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 그래핀 플레이크 박막제작장치 및 그래핀 플레이크 박막 제작방법에 의하면, 노즐부를 통해 그라파이트 분말을 분사시켜 기판에 고속으로 충돌함으로써, 기판 상에 그래핀을 증착시켜, 그래핀 플레이크 박막을 제작할 수 있다.
