Disclosed is a control system of a construction machinery, which comprises: an oil pressure pump; a first actuator and a second actuator connected to the oil pressure pump through a first and a second parallel lines; a first control valve and a second control valve for controlling an operation of the first and the second actuators in accordance with a displacement amount of spools disposed in the control valves; a first and a second spool displacement adjusting valves for supplying a pilot signal pressure, which controls the displacement amount of the spools of the first and the second control valves in accordance with an inputted control signal, to each of the spools; and a controller outputting the control signal to the first and the second spool displacement adjusting valves in accordance with the control signal of a worker. Moreover, the controller controls the spool displacement amount of the second control valve in accordance with the control signal with respect to the second actuator to be limited in accordance with the control signal of the first actuator.
