Provided are a multilayer ceramic capacitor where the life characteristic of a dielectric layer is compatible with the high continuous ratio of an internal electrode layer, and a manufacturing method thereof. The multilayer ceramic capacitor is a multilayer ceramic capacitor having a multilayer body where a ceramic dielectric layer and an internal electrode layer including a common material are alternately laminated. The Mo concentration of the common material is lower than the Mo concentration of the ceramic grain of the ceramic dielectric layer.
유전체층의 수명 특성 및 내부 전극층의 고연속률의 양립을 가능하게 하는 적층 세라믹 콘덴서 및 그 제조 방법을 제공한다. 적층 세라믹 콘덴서는, 세라믹 유전체층과, 공재를 포함하는 내부 전극층이 교대로 적층된 적층체를 구비하는 적층 세라믹 콘덴서이며, 상기 공재 중 Mo 농도는, 상기 세라믹 유전체층의 세라믹 그레인 중 Mo 농도보다도 낮은 것을 특징으로 한다.
