PANEL SUPPORTING FRAME FRAME BASE ASSEMBLED WALL STRUCTURE THEREWITH AND THE EXECUTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a panel-supporting frame, a frame supporter, a prefabricated wall structure using the same, and a construction method thereof, which are able to, regardless of a worker′s skill or site circumstances, place wall panels in a straight line in assembling and constructing the wall panels, and to allow a wall surface formed by the wall panels to keep flat. In addition, the present invention is able to provide a combination structure of panel-supporting frames and frame supporters, which are manufactured in a factory, thereby easily maintaining a high construction quality even when a flat surface of a wall is bent at a certain angle. The present invention is to provide a prefabricated wall structure, which assembles a wall in a dry-type method, comprising: frame supporters fixated on a floor slab at regular intervals; a panel-supporting frame fixated on two or more of the frame supporters to be extended to be elongated; and a wall panel settled on the top side of the panel-supporting frame. Accordingly, the present invention is able to reduce the construction period, secure excellent responsiveness and quality in a construction site, and reduce construction costs.
본원발명은 작업자의 숙련도나 다양한 현장 여건에 구애됨이 없이, 벽 패널들을 조립 시공함에 있어 벽 패널들이 일직선이 되도록 하고, 벽 패널들에 의한 벽체 면이 평평한 면을 유지할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 나아가 일정한 각도로 벽체 평면이 꺾이는 경우에도 공장 제작된 패널 받침용 프레임 및 프레임 받침대 결합 구조를 통하여 용이하게 높은 수준의 시공 품질을 유지하는 발명에 관한 것이다. 본원발명은, 건식으로 벽체를 조립하는 조립식 벽체의 구조로서, 바닥 슬래브 상에 띄엄띄엄 간격을 두고 고정되는 프레임 받침대, 2개 이상의 상기 프레임 받침대에 고정되며 길게 연장되어 형성되는 패널 받침용 프레임, 및 상기 패널 받침용 프레임 상부에 안치되는 벽 패널을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 벽체 구조를 제공한다. 본원발명에 따르면, 공사 기간을 단축할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 시공현장에서의 대응성 및 품질 확보성도 월등하며, 시공 단가를 낮출 수 있는 효과가 있다.
