rainwater and wastewater automatic separation device for rainwater and wastewater nonseparable house
The present invention provides an automatic rainwater and wastewater separation device for a house which cannot separate rainwater and wastewater, capable of preventing wastewater from being discharged to a rainwater pipe and preventing overload and excessive operation costs of a rainwater pump by preventing rainwater from flowing into a wastewater pump station. The automatic rainwater and wastewater separation device for a house which cannot separate the rainwater and the wastewater also can prevent an overflow accident of a wastewater manhole pump station. According to a proper embodiment of the present invention, the automatic rainwater and wastewater separation device includes: a rainwater and wastewater separation housing having a rainwater inlet formed in the upper part, a wastewater inlet located in the lower part of the rainwater inlet, a rainwater outlet, and a wastewater discharge control pipe installation port, wherein the wastewater inlet and the rainwater outlet are located at a same height and the wastewater discharge control pipe installation port is located to be lower than the rainwater outlet; a wastewater inflow connection pipe connected to the wastewater inlet and enabling dishwater to flow into the rainwater and wastewater separation housing; a rainwater outflow connection pipe discharging the rainwater reaching the rainwater outlet; a wastewater discharge control pipe individually having a wastewater opening and closing port at one end and a wastewater outlet at the other end and installed in the wastewater discharge control pipe installation port, wherein the wastewater opening and closing port in the wastewater discharge control pipe is located to be lower than the wastewater discharge control pipe installation port in the rainwater and wastewater separation housing and the wastewater outlet at the other end is located outside the rainwater and wastewater separation housing; and a valve unit installed in the wastewater discharge control pipe and opening and closing the wastewater opening and closing port in accordance with a water level in the rainwater and wastewater separation housing. The valve unit opens the wastewater opening and closing port in a case that the water level in the rainwater and wastewater separation housing is equal to or is less than a wastewater discharge installation port. The valve unit closes the wastewater opening and closing port as the water level of the rainwater and wastewater separation housing is higher than the height of the wastewater discharge installation port in a case of rain.
본 발명은 오수가 우수관로로 유출되는 것을 차단하고, 우수가 오수펌프장으로 유입되는 것을 방지하여 오수펌프의 과부하 및 운전 비용 과다를 방지하고, 오수맨홀 펌프장의 월류사고를 예방할 수 있는 우·오수 분리불가 가옥을 위한 우·오수 자동분리장치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 적절한 실시 형태에 따르면, 상부에 형성된 우수유입구와, 상기 우수유입구의 하방에 위치된 오수유입구와 우수유출구 및 오수유출 제어관 설치구를 갖되, 상기 오수유입구와 우수유출구는 동일 높이에 위치되어 있고 동시에 오수유출 제어관 설치구는 상기 우수유출구보다 낮게 위치되어 있는 우오수 분리용 하우징과; 상기 오수유입구에 접속되어 생활오수를 우오수 분리용 하우징 내로 유입시키는 오수유입 접속관과; 상기 우수유출구에 접속된 우수를 유출시키는 우수유출 접속관과; 일단에 오수개폐구를 타단에 오수유출구를 각기 갖고 오수유출 제어관 설치구에 설치되되, 오수개폐구가 우오수 분리용 하우징 내에 오수유출관 제어관 설치구의 위치보다 낮게 위치하고 타단측 오수유출구가 우오수 분리용 하우징의 외부로 위치되어 있는 오수유출 제어관과; 상기 오수유출 제어관에 설치되어 우오수 분리용 하우징 내 수위 높이에 따라 오수개폐구를 여닫는 밸브유닛을 포함하되, 상기 밸브유닛은 청천시 우오수 분리용 하우징 내 수위가 오수유출 설치구의 높이와 같거나 낮은 경우 오수개폐구를 열고, 우천시 우오수 분리용 하우징 내 수위가 오수유출 설치구의 높이보다 높아져 오수개폐구를 닫는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention provides an automatic rainwater and wastewater separation device for a house which cannot separate rainwater and wastewater, capable of preventing wastewater from being discharged to a rainwater pipe and preventing overload and excessive operation costs of a rainwater pump by preventing rainwater from flowing into a wastewater pump station. The automatic rainwater and wastewater separation device for a house which cannot separate the rainwater and the wastewater also can prevent an overflow accident of a wastewater manhole pump station. According to a proper embodiment of the present invention, the automatic rainwater and wastewater separation device includes: a rainwater and wastewater separation housing having a rainwater inlet formed in the upper part, a wastewater inlet located in the lower part of the rainwater inlet, a rainwater outlet, and a wastewater discharge control pipe installation port, wherein the wastewater inlet and the rainwater outlet are located at a same height and the wastewater discharge control pipe installation port is located to be lower than the rainwater outlet; a wastewater inflow connection pipe connected to the wastewater inlet and enabling dishwater to flow into the rainwater and wastewater separation housing; a rainwater outflow connection pipe discharging the rainwater reaching the rainwater outlet; a wastewater discharge control pipe individually having a wastewater opening and closing port at one end and a wastewater outlet at the other end and installed in the wastewater discharge control pipe installation port, wherein the wastewater opening and closing port in the wastewater discharge control pipe is located to be lower than the wastewater discharge control pipe installation port in the rainwater and wastewater separation housing and the wastewater outlet at the other end is located outside the rainwater and wastewater separation housing; and a valve unit installed in the wastewater discharge control pipe and opening and closing the wastewater opening and closing port in accordance with a water level in the rainwater and wastewater separation housing. The valve unit opens the wastewater opening and closing port in a case that the water level in the rainwater and wastewater separation housing is equal to or is less than a wastewater discharge installation port. The valve unit closes the wastewater opening and closing port as the water level of the rainwater and wastewater separation housing is higher than the height of the wastewater discharge installation port in a case of rain.
본 발명은 오수가 우수관로로 유출되는 것을 차단하고, 우수가 오수펌프장으로 유입되는 것을 방지하여 오수펌프의 과부하 및 운전 비용 과다를 방지하고, 오수맨홀 펌프장의 월류사고를 예방할 수 있는 우·오수 분리불가 가옥을 위한 우·오수 자동분리장치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 적절한 실시 형태에 따르면, 상부에 형성된 우수유입구와, 상기 우수유입구의 하방에 위치된 오수유입구와 우수유출구 및 오수유출 제어관 설치구를 갖되, 상기 오수유입구와 우수유출구는 동일 높이에 위치되어 있고 동시에 오수유출 제어관 설치구는 상기 우수유출구보다 낮게 위치되어 있는 우오수 분리용 하우징과; 상기 오수유입구에 접속되어 생활오수를 우오수 분리용 하우징 내로 유입시키는 오수유입 접속관과; 상기 우수유출구에 접속된 우수를 유출시키는 우수유출 접속관과; 일단에 오수개폐구를 타단에 오수유출구를 각기 갖고 오수유출 제어관 설치구에 설치되되, 오수개폐구가 우오수 분리용 하우징 내에 오수유출관 제어관 설치구의 위치보다 낮게 위치하고 타단측 오수유출구가 우오수 분리용 하우징의 외부로 위치되어 있는 오수유출 제어관과; 상기 오수유출 제어관에 설치되어 우오수 분리용 하우징 내 수위 높이에 따라 오수개폐구를 여닫는 밸브유닛을 포함하되, 상기 밸브유닛은 청천시 우오수 분리용 하우징 내 수위가 오수유출 설치구의 높이와 같거나 낮은 경우 오수개폐구를 열고, 우천시 우오수 분리용 하우징 내 수위가 오수유출 설치구의 높이보다 높아져 오수개폐구를 닫는 것을 특징으로 한다.
