Provided is a sandwich panel and a manufacturing method of the same. The sandwich panel includes: a core layer; a skin layer disposed on both sides of the core layer; and a reinforcing layer embedded in the core layer, wherein the reinforcing layer has a structure in which a reinforcing material is disposed at a rim portion of the core layer. The core layer includes a first fiber which is a single component fiber, and a second fiber which is a bi-component fiber of a sheath-core type.
