In the present invention, a grid-shaped recycled plastic board is obtained by sorting out PET, PP, and HDPE among waste plastics, pulverizing the sorted PET, PP, and HDPE into fine chips, heating the same at high temperature of about 230 ℃, putting the same into a molding frame and pressurizing the same when PET maintains high plasticity or mixing an appropriate amount of adhesives with the pulverized chips, putting the mixture into a molding frame, and pressurizing the same at room temperature, so that a flat bottom plate with a plurality of protrusions formed in a row and a flat cover plate of the same size as the bottom plate are formed, applying adhesives onto the protrusions, and adhering the cover plate to the same. A metallic sandwich panel is prepared by interposing adhesive layers on both surfaces of the grid-shaped recycled plastic board and adhering a metallic upper surface plate and a metallic lower surface plate to respective surfaces. Accordingly, in the present invention, waste plastic, which is a pollutant, can be recycled as an inner core material of building sandwich panels, such that waste plastic can be effectively recycled. In addition, unlike conventional panels filled with urethane foam or Styrofoam, which are vulnerable to fire, the present invention has a grid-shaped recycled plastic plate built inside, making it difficult to ignite and preventing the fire from easily spreading even if ignited.
본 발명은 폐플라스틱 중 PET, PP 및 HDPE를 선별하여 미세한 칩으로 분쇄한 후 230℃ 정도의 고온으로 가열하여 PET가 높은 가소성을 유지할 때 이를 성형틀에 넣고 가압하거나, 또는 분쇄된 칩에 적정량의 접착제를 혼입한 후 이를 성형틀에 넣고 상온에서 가압하여 종렬로 다수의 돌조가 형성된 평평한 바닥판 및 바닥판과 같은 크기의 평평한 덮게판을 성형하고, 돌조 위에 접착제를 도포한 후 덮게판을 접착시켜서 격자형 재생플라스틱판을 얻게 된다. 이 격자형 재생플라스틱판의 양면에 접착제층을 개재시켜 금속재의 표면상판과 표면하판을 각각 접착시켜서 메탈 샌드위치판넬을 제작케 된다. 이같은 본 발명은 공해 물질인 폐플라스틱을 건축재 샌드위치판넬의 내심재로 재활용할 수 있어서 폐플라스틱을 효과적으로 재활용할 수 있다. 또 종래 판넬은 내부에 화재에 약한 우레탄폼이나 스티로폼을 충진한 것과 달리 본 발명은 내부에 격자형 재생플라스틱판이 내장되어 발화가 어렵고, 발화되어도 쉽게 불이 번지지 않는 효과가 있다.
