According to one embodiment of the present invention, a dustproof and windshield net (300) includes an intermediate net (330) having a horizontal section (332) and an inclined section (334) to secure affordable permeability. Moreover, materials and power can be prevented from being scattered due to a wind. In addition, the present invention includes tension apparatuses (400-1, 400-2, 400-3) having a tension control unit (turnbuckle, 430). Therefore, the present invention has an advantage in terms of prevention and correction of sagging of the dustproof and windshield net (300). Moreover, the present invention can largely reduce costs and time required for construction through installation interval expansion of embedded piles (100).
본 발명의 실시예는, 방진ㆍ방풍네트(300)가 수평구간(332)과 경사구간(334)을 가진 중간네트(330)를 포함하므로 적정한 수준의 통기성을 보장하면서 원료, 분진 등이 풍력에 의하여 비산되는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 텐션조절유닛(턴버클, 430)을 가진 텐션기구(400-1, 400-2, 400-3)를 포함하므로 방진ㆍ방풍네트(300)의 처짐 방지 및 저침 보정 면에서 유리할 뿐만 아니라 매입말뚝(100)들의 설치간격 확장을 통하여 시공에 소요되는 비용, 시간 등을 크게 절감할 수 있는, 방진ㆍ방풍벽을 제공한다.
