Provided is a windbreak wall sheet. In order to provide a wall sheet using waste resin having thermoplastic and thermosetting properties that are mixed and added due to the recycling of wasted vinyl bodies which are household waste, a windbreak sheet is prepared by overlapping a plurality of sheets (75), wherein the sheet (75) includes a convex band (82), a groove band (86), and incision holes (77) to ensure uneven thickness and physical properties, and the sheet is formed by means of a sheet extrusion T-die (54) assembled to an extruder (52), a die lip (57) assembled to an end of the T-die (54), a rotary roller (58) for allowing extruded resin to pass through a compression unit (m), and a compression roller (59) engaged through a molding process of a suction section (b) of a groove unit (60) provided on the rotary roller (58). Accordingly, the windbreak wall sheet can provide durability and flexibility against the flow of strong winds while reducing the impact of strong winds by means of a windbreak wall (90) in which the bonding strength of a buffer space (b) is reinforced by a joint surface (a) that is formed by overlapping the convex band (82) and the groove band (86) provided on the sheet (75), a passage hole (83) which allows formed strong winds to pass therethrough by the unity of the incision holes (77) formed in the windbreak wall (90), and flexibility of the buffer space (B) fixed to the windbreak wall (90).
