SETTING ANGLE ADJUSTING TYPE PEDESTALS FOR TRENCH COVER
An object of the present invention is to provide a trench cover support capable of freely adjusting an installation angle in accordance with an inclination angle formed with a horizontal surface of a trench and a slope of the ground. To achieve the objective, the trench cover support comprises: a left and a right base frame having a prescribed length in a front and a rear direction, and including a base unit formed on an inner side of an upper portion thereof, on which one end of a trench cover is seated, and a position adjustment unit formed on a lower portion thereof in a prescribed height; and a main body frame which includes a bottom unit having a prescribed width and length and a support unit which is formed on both sides in a width direction of the bottom unit and has a prescribed height and length. The support units include a slot into which the position adjustment unit of the left and the right base frame is inserted. A plurality of through holes are formed on an outer edge of an upper portion of the support units at regular intervals and communicate with the slot to adjust a position and a slope of the position adjustment unit with respect to the support unit by tightening bolts. A nut groove is formed around the through holes and a nut is inserted into the nut groove without being rotated.
본 발명은 트렌치의 수평면과 이루는 경사각과 지면의 기울기에 따라 설치각을 자유롭게 조절할 수 있는 트렌치 커버 받침대를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명에서는 전후 방향으로 일정한 길이를 가지며, 상부 내측에 트렌치 커버의 한쪽 단부가 안착되는 받침부가 형성되고, 하부에 일정한 높이로 위치조절부가 형성된 좌측 및 우측받침프레임; 및 일정한 폭과 길이를 갖는 바닥부와, 상기 바닥부의 폭 방향 양측에 일정한 높이와 길이를 갖는 지지부로 이루어지되, 상기 지지부들은, 상기 좌측 및 우측받침프레임의 위치조절부가 끼워지는 슬롯이 형성되고, 상기 지지부들의 상부 외측 가장자리에는, 상기 지지부에 대하여 상기 위치조절부의 위치 및 기울기를 볼트 조임으로 조절하기 위해 상기 슬롯과 통하는 관통구멍이 길이 방향을 따라 일정한 간격을 두고 다수 형성되고, 상기 관통구멍의 주위에 너트가 회전됨 없이 삽입되는 너트홈이 형성된 본체프레임을 포함하는 트렌치 커버 받침대를 개시한다.
