SPRAYING DEVICE FOR PAINTING TRAFFIC LANE
The present invention relates to a spraying device for painting a traffic lane to more efficiently eject paint materials such as glass beads as well as paint. The present invention comprises: a material storage box for supplying paint or beads; a housing disposed at an inner lower end of the storage box; and a body mounted inside the housing to adjust whether the material is supplied or not. A flow path is formed between the storage box and the housing and a discharge port is formed at a lower end of the storage box. The body is vertically lifted and lowered in the housing to block or open the discharge port of the storage box. The material is ejected downward toward the discharge port of the storage box by the air supplied through a pipe in the housing. As a result, components are simple, so that it is easy to manufacture and handle during operation. As it does not require the use of large-scale expensive equipment as before, construction costs can be greatly reduced. The width and thickness of a painted portion can be uniformly maintained. Leakage of the painting material can be prevented.
본 발명은 페인트는 물론 글라스 비드 등과 같은 도색용 소재를 보다 효율적으로 분출시킬 수 있도록 구성된 차선 도색용 분사장비에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 페인트나 비드를 공급하기 위한 소재 저장박스와, 이 저장박스의 내측 하단부에 배치되는 하우징과, 이 하우징의 내부에 장착되어 소재의 공급여부를 조절하기 위한 함체로 이루어지고, 상기 저장박스 및 하우징 사이에는 유통로가 형성됨과 동시에 저장박스의 하측 선단부에 토출구가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 함체는 하우징 내에서 수직으로 승,하강하면서 저장박스의 토출구를 차단하거나 개방시킬 수 있도록 구성하고, 상기 함체 내에는 파이프를 통해 공급되는 에어에 의해 소재가 저장박스의 토출구 측으로 하향 분사되도록 구성한 것이다. 이에 따라, 구성요소가 간단하여 장비 제작은 물론 작업시의 취급이 간편하고, 종전과 같이 값비싼 대형 장비를 이용할 필요없어 시공 비용을 크게 절감할 수 있으며, 도색부분의 폭이나 두께를 일률적으로 유지할 수 있고, 도색용 소재가 누출되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
