Apparatus for preventing a crashing of gang-form
The present invention relates to a gang form falling prevention apparatus including an anchor bent at a preset angle between both ends, one side being embedded in a slab formed in each layer, the other side being exposed to the outside through the upper portion of the slab, and a coupling hole being formed in an end portion; and at least one fastening rod installed at predetermined intervals in each of upper and lower end portions of the gang form and detachably fastened to theanchor through a fastening bolt. The fastening rod includes a first rod installed in the lower end portion of the gang form and detachably coupled with the anchor embedded in a relatively lower layer through the fastening bolt; and a second rod installed in the upper end portion of the gang form and detachably coupled with the anchor embedded in a relatively upper layer through the fastening bolt. The second rod is decoupled from the anchor only through the fastening screw with the rotation or a rotation direction limited. The prevention apparatus that can be disassembled and coupled only on an inside slab is installed in the upper and lower portions of the gang form, and an environment for a final worker working on the slab is created during assembly and installation of the gang form. Accordingly, gang form falling and worker falling can be prevented.
본 발명은 갱폼 추락 방지장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 갱폼 추락 방지장치에 있어서, 양단 사이가 기설정된 각도로 절곡되어, 일측이 각 층에 생성되는 슬라브에 매립되고, 타측은 상기 슬라브 상부를 통해 외부로 노출되며, 단부에 결합공이 형성된 앵커; 및 상기 갱폼의 상단부와 하단부에 각각 일정 간격을 두고 적어도 하나 이상 설치되어 상기 앵커와 결합볼트를 통해 탈부착 가능하게 체결되는 체결로드;를 포함하며, 상기 체결로드는, 상기 갱폼 하단부에 설치되어 상대적 하층에 매립된 앵커와 상기 결합볼트를 통해 탈부착 가능하게 체결되는 제1로드; 및 상기 갱폼 상단부에 설치되어 상대적 상층에 매립되는 상기 앵커와 결합볼트를 통해 탈부착 가능하게 체결되는 제2로드;를 포함하며, 상기 제2로드는, 상기 회전 또는 회전되는 방향이 제한되도록 하여, 상기 결합나사를 통해서만 상기 앵커와 체결이 해체되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 갱폼 추락 방지장치를 개시한다. 이러한 갱폼의 상부와 하부에 내측 슬라브 위에서만 해체 및 결합시킬 수 있는 방지장치가 설치되어, 갱폼의 해체와 설치 시, 최종 작업자가 슬라브 위에서 작업할 수 있는 환경을 조성하여 갱폼은 물론, 작업자의 추락 방지 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
