SAFETY APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING FALL OF GANG FORM
The present invention relates to a safety device for preventing the fall of a gang form, and more specifically, to a safety device for preventing the fall of a gang form, wherein a gang form combined with an exterior wall of a building is fixed firmly, thereby preventing the fall of the gang form caused by a mistake of a worker, and salvaging and separating the gang form safely. The safety device for preventing a fall of a gang form according to the present invention comprises: a safe salvage member mounted on a gang form, which is installed on an exterior wall of a building, to be able to move in a vertical direction; and a coupling assembly having one end mounted on an exterior wall of a building and having the other end protruding outward to support the gang form. The safe salvage member includes: a lifting member mounted on the gang form to be able to be moved in a vertical direction by an external force; and a pair of blade parts mounted on the lifting member to be able to rotate in a lateral direction. A hanging head part with a large diameter is formed at the other end of the coupling assembly. The hanging head part protrudes ahead of the blade parts with the other end of the coupling assembly arranged between the pair of blade parts, and the protruding hanging head part is hung on the front surface of the blade parts to prevent the safe salvage member and the gang form from moving in an anteroposterior direction. The gang form is hung on the coupling assembly and is prevented from falling downward. During the ascent of the lifting member, the blade part is separated from the other end of the coupling assembly.
본 발명은 갱폼 낙하방지용 안전장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 건물외벽에 결합된 갱폼을 견고하게 고정시켜 작업자의 부주의에 의한 갱폼 탈락을 방지하고, 갱폼을 안전하게 인양 및 이격시킬 수 있는 갱폼 낙하방지용 안전장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 갱폼 낙하방지용 안전장치는, 건물외벽에 설치되는 갱폼에 상하방향으로 이동 가능하게 장착된 안전인양부재와; 일단이 건물외벽에 장착되고 타단이 외부로 돌출되어 갱폼을 지지하는 체결조립체;를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 안전인양부재는, 외력에 의해 상하방향으로 이동 가능하게 상기 갱폼에 장착되는 승강부재와; 상기 승강부재에 좌우방향으로 회전 가능하게 장착된 한 쌍의 날개부;를 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 체결조립체의 타단에는 직경이 큰 걸림머리부가 형성되며, 한 쌍의 상기 날개부 사이에 상기 체결조립체의 타단이 배치된 상태에서 상기 걸림머리부는 상기 날개부의 전방으로 돌출되고, 돌출된 상기 걸림머리부가 상기 날개부의 앞면에 걸려 상기 안전인양부재 및 갱폼이 전후방향으로 이동되는 것이 저지되며, 상기 갱폼은 상기 체결조립체에 걸려 하방향으로 낙하되는 것이 저지되며, 상기 승강부재의 상승시 상기 날개부는 상승하면서 상기 체결조립체의 타단에서 분리 이탈되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a safety device for preventing the fall of a gang form, and more specifically, to a safety device for preventing the fall of a gang form, wherein a gang form combined with an exterior wall of a building is fixed firmly, thereby preventing the fall of the gang form caused by a mistake of a worker, and salvaging and separating the gang form safely. The safety device for preventing a fall of a gang form according to the present invention comprises: a safe salvage member mounted on a gang form, which is installed on an exterior wall of a building, to be able to move in a vertical direction; and a coupling assembly having one end mounted on an exterior wall of a building and having the other end protruding outward to support the gang form. The safe salvage member includes: a lifting member mounted on the gang form to be able to be moved in a vertical direction by an external force; and a pair of blade parts mounted on the lifting member to be able to rotate in a lateral direction. A hanging head part with a large diameter is formed at the other end of the coupling assembly. The hanging head part protrudes ahead of the blade parts with the other end of the coupling assembly arranged between the pair of blade parts, and the protruding hanging head part is hung on the front surface of the blade parts to prevent the safe salvage member and the gang form from moving in an anteroposterior direction. The gang form is hung on the coupling assembly and is prevented from falling downward. During the ascent of the lifting member, the blade part is separated from the other end of the coupling assembly.
